Die Frau von der Apotheke ist vorbei gefahren und hat mir in einem unfreundlichen Ton gesagt: "Hallo. Dies ist aber nicht üblich bei uns. Am Boden zu sitzen". Ich verstehe nicht wem es stören kann aber es klingt ausländerfeindlich und ganz komisch für mich. Ach so. Dort haben sie einen Kunden verloren! I just bought medicine. After and because of the heat, I sat outside in the shade on the stairs. The woman from the pharmacy drove by and said in an unfriendly tone: "Hello, but this is not common for us to sit on the floor". I do not understand who it can bother but it sounds xenophobic and quite funny for me. Oh, right. There they lost a customer!

Bei Nachfrage eines Produktes bekam ich heute auf den Deckel, obwohl hier eine Beratung notwendig gewesen wäre. Gehe sehr ungern in diese Apotheke. Staff has been very rude and condescending on all previous visits. When I asked for a product, I got the lid today, although advice would have been necessary here. Very reluctant to go to this pharmacy.

Bisheriger Höhepunkt: Haben abgelaufene Medikamente abgegeben, in einem durchsichtigen Sackerl. Daraufhin wurde gefragt, ob da eh keine Spritzen drin seien. Entschuldigung?! Sehen wir nach Junkies aus?! Und wehe, man ist gebührenbefreit. Das scheint in der ein oder anderen PKA einen Grant auszulösen. By far the most unfriendly pharmacy in Salzburg. Only go here if there is no other way. High point so far: Handed in expired medication in a transparent bag. They then asked whether there were any syringes in there anyway. Sorry?! Are we looking like junkies ?! And woe, you are free of charge. That seems to trigger a grant in one or the other PKA.

Ich halte mich gerne an Hinweise oder Aufforderung, allerdings möchte ich nicht vor anderen Kunden laut massgeregelt und zurechtgewiesen werden. Ein “arroganter” Tonfall. Unfortunately very unfriendly. No discretion. I like to follow instructions or requests, but I do not want to be loudly regulated and reprimanded in front of other customers. An "arrogant" tone.

Trotz allem 3 Sterne, da auch wir Kunden nicht immer einfach sind ? The pharmacy has a diverse range. As far as customer friendliness is concerned, I unfortunately have to agree with the bad reviews. Despite everything 3 stars, because we customers are not always easy either ?

Auch wenn es nur meine persönliche Einschätzung ist, aber ich erlebte meine wenigen Besuche sehr herablassend. Maßregeln vor anderen Kunden ist verletzend und nicht diskret. I almost never write reviews, but in this case it is a great need for me. The staff at this pharmacy is very unfriendly. Even if it's just my personal assessment, my few visits have been very condescending. Taking measures in front of other customers is hurtful and not discreet.

Sehr schroff und unfreundlich. Eine ebenso junge blonde junge Frau hat mir dann sehr wohl das benötigte Produkt gegeben. Die junge Dunkelhaarige Dame, muss noch ein wenig an Freundlichkeit üben . Unfortunately I had a very unfriendly young woman today. Didn't want to believe me that I had a prescription because it didn't work on my cell phone. Very rugged and unfriendly. An equally young blond young woman gave me the product I needed. The young dark-haired lady has to practice a little friendliness.
