Der Witz ist: bei vergleichbaren Produkten die keinen vorgegeben Herstellerpreis habrn, ist diese Apotheke teils um ein Vielfaches teurer. C	Cornelia Völker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Grunde sind wir, als recht guter Kunde dieser Apotheke, immer zufrieden mit der Betreuung. Umso enttäuschter (verärgert!) ist man dann, wenn man in der Apotheke ein falsches Medikament bekommt, sprich etwas das wesentlich schwächer wirkt als das was man seit Jahren nimmt, es einem daraufhin natürlich rapide um vieles schlechter geht und man nicht weiss warum. Irgendwann kommt man dann drauf, geht zur Apotheke und hätte gerne das richtige Medikament. Der Angestellten mache ich hier natürlich gar keinen Vorwurf, wir sind Menschen, Fehler passieren. Das richtige Medikament bekomme ich, aber nur gegen ein neues Rezept. Also fallen mir Wege an, obwohl das eindeutig der Fehler der Apotheke war. Gut, kurz geärgert, das hätte ich noch in Kauf genommen nur wollte man dann in der Apotheke tatsächlich auch noch die Rezeptgebühr haben. Dafür dass das eindeutig der Fehler der Apotheke war und diese, wie der Facharzt selbst meinte ein riesen Glück hatten dass mir nichts passiert ist, dann auch noch Geld verlangen, finde ich absolut dreist. Es sind diese Situationen die die Qualität von Apotheken wirklich zeigen. Basically, as a very good customer of this pharmacy, we are always satisfied with the care. Dankeschön, mir wäre es auch lieber gewesen um diese Zeit keine Apotheke aufsuchen zu müssen! Ich bin schockiert über diese Unverschämtheit! Als ich sagte für mich zum testen sagte er die Kosten jetzt was. 5 Euro pro Stück verlangt. Hab 2 gekauft. Dabei fiel mir noch auf das er sie nicht an der Kassa gescannt hat. Qr Codes gab er auch keine dazu. Zuhause hörten wir dann im TV das sie weiterhin gelten und kostenlos in Apotheken zu bekommen sind.
