Auch Corona-Tests sind vorhanden, bisher immer bekommen was einem zusteht inkl. Codes, anders als in anderen Apotheken ... und das Non plus Ultra --> Testmöglichkeiten als Stammkunde so einfach und unkompliziert!! Extremely friendly, trained staff who are always friendly, take time for someone ... Corona tests are also available, so far you have always received what you are entitled to including codes, unlike in other pharmacies ... and the non plus ultra -> test options as a regular customer so easy and uncomplicated!
C	Claudia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ich bis jetzt kein Glück hatte mit den Covid Gratistests wollte ich diesen Monat schnell sein und sie gleich zu Monatsbeginn holen - hatte in VB auch Erfolg. Bei der Heimfahrt aus der Arbeit kam mir dann in den Sinn, dass es für ÖO pro Haushalt ja nochmal 20 Stk gibt, also gleich an der nächsten Apotheke am Weg nochmal einen Stop eingelegt. Ich wurde nach meiner E-card gefragt und habe erklärt, dass ich mir die monatl.Tests schon geholt habe aber eben die vom Land OÖ noch nicht weil eben nicht daran gedacht. Anstatt mir eine sachliche Antwort zu geben wie "um Missbrauch vorzubeugen werden sie nur gesammelt abgegeben und sind bitte von der gleichen Apotheke zu holen" wurde ich mit einem selbstgefälligen Ton behandelt als würde ich versuchen ein Schwerverbrechen zu begehen (zumindest bei mir so angekommen) und mir (wofür auch immer) einen Profit daraus zu schlagen (oder was auch immer die Dame dabei dachte). Nicht jeder Mensch ist gierig, es gibt auch einfach Personen, die nach einem langen Arbeitstag nicht gleich an alles denken. Mich hat der Umgangston sehr enttäuscht. Vor allem, weil man als Timelkamer von dieser Apotheke so viel positives hört. Since I haven't had any luck with the Covid free tests so far, I wanted to be quick this month and get them right at the beginning of the month - I also had success in VB. On the drive home from work, it occurred to me that there are another 20 items for ÖO per household, so I made another stop at the next pharmacy on the way. I was asked for my e-card and explained that I had already taken the monthly tests, but not the ones from the state of Upper Austria because I hadn't thought of them. Instead of giving me a factual answer such as "to prevent abuse they are only given collectively and are to be picked up from the same pharmacy" I was treated with a smug tone as if I were trying to commit a serious crime (at least that way I thought) and to make a profit for me (whatever) (or whatever the lady was thinking). Not everyone is greedy, there are also people who do not immediately think of everything after a long day at work. I was very disappointed with the tone. Especially because as a Timelkamer you hear so many positive things about this pharmacy.

Vom Chef bis zur Reinigungskraft sind alle jedesmal freundlich zu mir. Egal zur welcher Zeit man die Apotheke betritt!!! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!! Top advice, friendly and very nice competent team! I like to drive 25km for it! :-). Everyone, from the boss to the cleaning staff, is always friendly to me. If I need something, I always go to the toll tower pharmacy in Timelkam. I got the impression that they really care about their customers.

Komme auch seit April regelmäßig zum Testen her. Ich muss sagen, das funktioniert reibungslos und vor allem schnell. Hatte beim Abnehmen der Probe nie schmerzen, da das Personal das sehr professionell und auch einfühlsam durchführt. Immer weiter so. Ich freue mich schon aufs nächste mal. Ihr seid ein Hervorragendes und starkes Team. Vielen Dank an alle. For me the best pharmacy because I also have my family doctor in Timelkam. I'm from Ampflwang myself. Very good and very friendly advice. PCR tests are even possible on Sundays and are even evaluated in the pharmacy itself. Clearly recommended!
