Great team, great ordination, you get an appointment quickly and as far as the doctor is concerned - I feel very comfortable and in good hands, everything was explained to me and my fear of certain topics was relieved.

Gerade als Schwangere ist man dort sehr gut aufgehoben mit all den Sorgen/Ängsten/Beschwerden, die so in der Schwangerschaft anfallen. Sehr feinfühlig und nimmt einen die Angst. Ich bin froh diesen Facharzt gefunden zu haben nachdem mein Facharzt in Lambach in Pension ging. Kann ihn auf jeden Fall nur weiterempfehlen. Super specialist! Always nice and takes time for his patients. Especially as a pregnant woman you are in very good hands there with all the worries / fears / complaints that arise during pregnancy. Very sensitive and takes away the fear. I am glad to have found this specialist after my specialist retired in Lambach. I can definitely recommend him.

A	Alexandra Starl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte einen Termin "2 Wochen im Vorhinein" verschieben. Befinde mich in der 30 SSW una erwarte Zwillingen, Herr Dr. Neuber hat mich von Anfang an betreut. Da die Ordinationsassistentin gleich am Beginn meines Anliegens unhöflichwar und mir erklärt hat, dass sie mir keinen anderen Termin geben kann und man Termine beim Dr. Neuber nicht verschiebt, habe ich dann freundlicherweise doch einen Ersatztermin ergalteb. Keine Stunde danach hat Dr. Neuber persönlich angerufen und mir den Ersatz Termin abgesagt und jegliche weitere Behandlung verwehrt. Bin noch immer ziemlich entsetzt und extrem enttäuscht. Weil ich sein Verhalten nicht nachvollziehen kann und es nicht akzeptabel ist, habe ich Beschwerde bei der Ärztekammer und OEGK eingelegt. Muss erwähnen, dass ich ihm nach dem schockierenden Telefonat gleich eine E-Mail geschrieben, um alles zu klären, sollte ich seine Verweigerung falsch verstanden haben. Bis dato ist keine Antwort von Herrn Dr. Neuber gekommen. Wanted to reschedule an appointment "2 weeks in advance". I'm in the 30th week of pregnancy and expecting twins, Dr. Neuber looked after me from the start. Since the ordination assistant was rude right at the beginning of my request and explained to me that she could not give me another appointment and that appointments with Dr. Neuber didn't postpone it, I was kind enough to get an alternative date. Less than an hour later, Dr. Neuber called personally and canceled my replacement appointment and refused any further treatment. I'm still shocked and extremely disappointed. Because I cannot understand his behavior and it is not acceptable, I have lodged a complaint with the Medical Association and the OEGK. Must mention that after the shocking phone call I emailed him straight away to clarify if I misunderstood his refusal. To date there has been no reply from Dr. newly arrived.
