Very clean new little apartment. Friendly hosts and a short walk to the ski bus stop. Everything was like the description and photos on the homepage.

Это отличное место для разнообразного отдыха в горах не только зимой, но и летом. ALPSMART хорошо подходит и для отдыха с маленькими детьми: совсем рядом находится детская площадка с качелями, горкой, каруселью, замком и турниками. В пешей доступности тёплое горное озеро. Кругом горы, леса и аккуратные альпийские городки. Что касается жилья, то здесь всё на уровне: новый дом с качественной отделкой, хорошей шумоизоляцией и всем необходимым для ночлега и готовки. Ещё раз отмечу доброжелательность и опыт хозяев - помогут, подскажут, организуют, позаботятся - пальцы вверх! I highly recommend ALPSMART apartments, as well as their hospitable hosts - Sergey and Ira. This is a great place for a varied vacation in the mountains, not only in winter, but also in summer. ALPSMART is also well suited for families with small children: there is a playground with a swing, slide, carousel, castle and horizontal bars nearby. A warm mountain lake is within walking distance. There are mountains, forests and neat alpine towns all around. As for housing, everything is on the level here: a new house with high-quality finishes, good sound insulation and everything you need for sleeping and cooking. Once again, I will note the benevolence and experience of the owners - they will help, prompt, organize, take care - thumbs up!
B	Babs Bä on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mich in dem 2 Wochen in denen ich zu Gast war, sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende und noch junge Gastgeber! Alles tip top in Ordnung und sauber. Fernseher mit Netflix, gut ausgestattet Küche, zweckmäßige Bad und die Möglichkeit die Sauna zu nutzen. Sehr empfehlenswert! I felt very, very comfortable in the 2 weeks in which I was a guest. Very friendly and courteous and still young hosts! Everything is in perfect order and clean. TV with Netflix, well equipped kitchen, functional bathroom and the possibility to use the sauna. Highly recommended!

Переживала,что будет темновато , но сомнения оказались напрасными . Все продумано очень чётко, грамотно использовано пространство . Очень приятно заехать в чистую , новую квартиру . Ирина с Сергеем заранее подготовили кровати по нашему желанию , количество стульев . Отличное расположение , много интересных мест , необыкновенно живописная природа . За домом детская площадка, возможность пожарить шашлыки и отдохнуть на природе . Как на даче в Альпах ))) всем очень советую ! I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the owners of the apartments for the hospitality and excellent arrangement of the apartment. We rested with two families with children. I was worried that it would be a little dark, but doubts were in vain. Everything is thought out very clearly, space is used wisely. It is very pleasant to check into a clean, new apartment. Irina and Sergey prepared the beds in advance according to our wishes, the number of chairs. Excellent location, many interesting places, unusually picturesque nature. Behind the house there is a playground, an opportunity to barbecue and relax in nature. As in the country in the Alps))) I strongly advise everyone!

Отзывчивые и доброжелательные хозяева помогали нам во всём, за что им большое спасибо. Апартаменты расположены в живописном месте, где можно с комфортом отдыхать как летом, так и зимой. Пешие и вело прогулки, рафтинг, парапланинг летом, зимой многокилометровые лыжные трассы. Неописуемой красоты природа не оставит равнодушными желающих посетить эти места. PS: в начале октября мы вовсю катались на лыжах на леднике который находится в 30 км. от апартаментов. Hello everyone. We rented an apartment in October 2020. We were very satisfied. Warm, comfortable, clean. There is everything for a comfortable stay. Responsive and friendly owners helped us in everything, for which many thanks to them. The apartments are located in a picturesque place where you can comfortably relax both in summer and winter. Hiking and cycling, rafting, paragliding in summer, many kilometers of ski trails in winter. Nature of indescribable beauty will not leave indifferent those wishing to visit these places. PS: at the beginning of October we went skiing on a glacier 30 km away. from the apartment.

Comfy couch to relax after skiing, watching Netflix ❤️ lots of advices from lovely owners on how to improve techniques or where to go and what to do. Wanna come back badly!!

From the moments you book your apartment, the moment of arriving, living and department you will be guided, assisted and full of care from hosts. Definitely best of hosts, I met before. Apartments are new, fully equipped and shiny. You will have all you need during your stay and a bit more. The breathtaking view is guaranteed, even if it is smoky :) Location is good to visit Sölden and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl, we spend most of our time there. Half an hour's drive and you are there. Few minutes by bus, and you are on Hochoetz with an amazing view of the valley - perfect for rest days.
