Naprosto přátelský přístup, kde nic není problém. cca 900 m od lanovky na Hochötz, 25 min autem do Kühtai nebo 30 min do Söldenu. Cca 15 min příjemnou chůzí se dá dojít bezpečně po silnici bez aut do městečka Oetz, kde najdete vše potřebné, od dobrých restaurací až po supermarkety. Vřele doporučuji. Great accommodation near the slopes. Completely renovated, new and fully equipped rooms. Absolutely friendly approach, where nothing is a problem. about 900 m from the cable car to Hochötz, 25 minutes by car to Kühtai or 30 minutes to Sölden. In about 15 minutes you can walk safely on the car-free road to the town of Oetz, where you will find everything you need, from good restaurants to supermarkets. I warmly recommend.

Alle Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es wurden neue Fenster eingebaut, somit ist der Straßenlärm nicht zu hören trotz Bundesstraße. In jedem Zimmer steht eine sehr gute Internetverbindung zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück ist ausgewogen und alles nötige vorhanden. Sonderwünsche können per WhatsApp oder an der Rezeption bestellt werden. Familie Perberschlager kümmert sich gerne drum. Super nice new apartments. Everything has been newly renovated. The usual hospitality has remained. All rooms are very comfortable, modern and lovingly furnished. New windows were installed, so the street noise cannot be heard despite the main road. There is a very good internet connection in every room. The breakfast is balanced and everything you need is available. Special requests can be ordered via WhatsApp or at the reception. The Perberschlager family will be happy to take care of it.

Die neuen Appartments sind toll geworden. Schön eingerichtet, leise Fenster und ein schickes Badezimmer/ Dusche. Und auch der familiäre Umgang ist mir immer eine Freunde. Alles Gute und viel Erfolg. Dear Perberschlager family, I rarely write reviews - but gladly for you: I have enjoyed coming to you for many years. The new apartments have become great. Nicely furnished, quiet windows and a chic bathroom/shower. And the family contact is always a friend to me. All the best and good luck.
M	M B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Gastgeber, haben uns zwei Tage lang sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir waren in einem neuen, schönen und sauberen DZ mit Küchenzeile (top ausgestattet) untergebracht. Sauna mit kleinem Ruheraum im Keller vorhanden. Great hosts, made us feel very comfortable for two days! We stayed in a new, nice and clean double room with a kitchenette (top equipped). Sauna with a small relaxation room in the basement.

J	J. A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT a 3 star. it really isnt. Subpar rooms with old carpet, poor english, very old metal keys, bad wifi, no security & a musty smell in the hallways. Management will lie & charge you extra money, not a place we will ever return! they charged us for 2 extra days we did not even stay there after telling us opposite, we gave several days notice that our flights had been changed, they also charged 20€ extra per night on top of it all. GREEDY. go next door to the Waldorf Aktivhotel instead for much better service/rooms for your money. STEER CLEAR. youve been warned.
