★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment was sizeable and well equipped wanting for little. The onsite spa is great to relax after a day skiing. Swimming outside in alpine January! New Otztal valley pass ment we could ski at all four resorts with Kütai bus stopping outside and Hoch Oetz lift a short walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in Oetz for a few days skiing. We were 6 people who stayed in a 3 bedrom appartment. The location is perfect, few minutes walk to the gondol. very good facilities, with parking under the Resort. Large skiroom, great Spa and a good restaurant. Pls note that they will add 115 Euros for cleaning of the appartment. We will probably return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here in June and everything was perfect! The apartments are very spacious and well equipped with tripple glass, underfloor heating which you could change per room and WMF, Miele and Böse materials. We also had a very nice and private balcony overlooking the nearby Acherberg top and Gondola station which is only a 5-minute walk away for skiing or hiking.
We loved the pool and sauna area which was really spacious with lots of room for chilling on three different floors with fantastic views! Also good that there is a clear distinction between the sauna's with bathing clothing and those without, nicely separated and stated with a clear image.
Although it was our first visit here, we are hooked on the resort and area which is absolutely fantastic for hiking. There are so many trails starting directly from the resort and leading to stunning mountain huts and vista's, terrific!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very modern, new, stylish apartment in Oetz. On arrival we got a very warm welcome from the lady at the reception, we arranged a corona proof breakfast box for the next morning and parked our car in the parking garage. They thought about everything. It's the small things in life that make you happy such as coffee, a great oven, paper towel, dishwasher tablets, bluetooth music box, bathrobes and slippers for the wellness. The view on the mountains from the swimming pool/sauna is amazing. There is no reason for us to not get back to this place.
