We've spent a week with a group of six in the Resort Alt-Ötztal and all of us liked it a lot: The houses are cozy, the beds are comfy, the service is very obliging and the food is awesome.
Many thanks to the Resort Alt-Ötztal team for making our stay so relaxing and memorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This really is a nice place to stay. The hosts a so welcoming. Nice authentic, clean, quiet area with everything (water action, hiking, climbing, kletterwalden, swim baths) within walking or driving distance, also good bus connections. Kitchen is well 'equipped' for preparing a meal if wished.
Comfy beds for everyone. And give yourselves a great gourmet dinner go visit the host (the cooking host ?) in the Stürbl ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Absolutely great place! Great service. I got 2 floor apt and I could used the sauna at the evening even though I was the only quest at the time because I was just before the winter season ;) Will come back there again for sure!:).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Very comfortable little quaint resort very near to the main town Oetz. Beds were comfortable, room was spacious and clean well stocked. Free use of sauna was a really great touch. For the price it is very worth it. Food option is not great in Sautens but you could catch a bus to Oetz for more restaurants. There’s a restaurant in the resort we didn’t try as it was fine dining so a bit out of our budget. Owner was friendly. Note that the place is not manned before 4pm but you could call if you arrive before.. Negative: Property was great for our short stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful little hotel with a sauna, outstanding service and the best breakfast (definitely book it along with your room!) all of us had in a long time! Unfortunately no restaurant service for dinner due to covid, but just another reason to come back ;)
