Die Lage in Uninähe war für mich beruflich äußerst praktisch - und auch das Landeskrankenhaus ist nicht weit weg. Zum Erholen/Entspannen im lockdown gibts Stadtpark und Hilmteichgegend. Sehr empfehlenswert! Tastefully furnished, appealing colors and very clean apartment! The location near the university was extremely practical for me professionally - and the state hospital is not far away either. To relax / unwind in the lockdown, there is the city park and Hilnteich area. Highly recommended!

Tolle ruhige Lage mitten im Herzen der Stadt, super Qualität der Einrichtung und liebevoll, geschmackvoll und durchdacht! Ich habe mich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt :) Allein die professionell und hochwertigen gestalteten Begrüßungsmappen suchen ihresgleichen und bei einer speziellen Frage waren die Inhaber sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Große Empfehlung!!! If you live in Graz, then with Graz Rentals! Great quiet location right in the heart of the city, great quality of the furnishings and loving, tasteful and thoughtful! I immediately felt very comfortable :) The professional and high-quality greeting folders alone are unparalleled and the owners were very friendly, helpful and personable when it came to a specific question. Lage auch noch perfekt. Beste Airbnb Adresse in Graz, die ich kenne. Tip top, furnished with love and great quality. Everything squeaky clean. I also looked at the other apartments, all the same level. Location also perfect. Best Airbnb address in Graz that I know.
W	Walter Widholm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Appartement liegt sehr ruhig und zentral. Mit dem eigenen Parkplatz ist die Anreise mit dem Auto ebenso einfach wie das Einchecken mittels Schlüssel-Code. Was besonders auffällt, ist die geschmackvolle Einrichtung der kleinen Wohnung, das bequeme Doppelbett und das geräumige Bad (mit Waschmaschine !). Mit der Bäckerei um die Ecke und den vielen Lokalen in der Umgebung ist auch die Versorgung sichergestellt. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehle dieses Appartement gerne weiter. The apartment is very quiet and central. With our own parking lot, arriving by car is just as easy as checking in using a key code. What is particularly striking is the tasteful decor of the small apartment, the comfortable double bed and the spacious bathroom (with washing machine!). With the bakery around the corner and the many restaurants in the area, the supply is guaranteed. I really enjoyed my stay and would be happy to recommend this apartment to others.

Every room is visually very pleasing, it is clean and the contact with the host was very easy! Additionally the location is central, with the old city centre being about 15 mins of walking distance away and you have many culinary choices available to you. We're looking forward to our next stay!
