It’s a perfect location summer and winter and close to all the amenities, lake and ski hill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really nicely put together little apartment that makes the most of what it's got to offer, and it's got what you need to make a nice holiday in Zell am See. Nikki has thought of just about everything that could possibly make the most of this apartment and help you make the most of your stay here. I can certainly recommend it and Nikki as a host, she is super friendly and helpful too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the apartment is excellent..!!..a 2 minute walk to the lake and a 10 minute stroll to the centre of Zell.
The apartment is beautifully appointed, with great attention to detail and care taken with regards to decor and equipment.
Any queries were promptly and helpfully addressed.
The owner is a consummate professional.
I would happily recommend the apartment to family and friends
