★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hadden een appartement op de eerste etage met een groot balkon die een mooi uitzicht biedt naar zowel de Schmittenhöhe als Zell am See aan de andere kant. Het appartement is zeer goed uitgerust en heel netjes en schoon. Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen meteen tips over activiteiten in de omgeving. Door de Sommerkarte, die bij het verblijf is inbegrepen, waren de meeste uitstapjes gratis.
Ook de bushalte voor de deur is ideaal en door de Sommerkarte ook kosteloos.
We had an apartment on the first floor with a large balcony that offers a nice view to both the Schmittenhöhe and Zell am See on the other side. The apartment is very well equipped and very neat and clean. On arrival we were kindly received and immediately received tips about activities in the area. Thanks to the Summer Card, which is included in the stay, most trips were free.
The bus stop in front of the door is also ideal and also free of charge thanks to the Summer Card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polecam ten Apartament. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Czysto i pachnąco. W kuchni niezbędne wyposażenie. Świetna lokalizacja. Gospodarze przemili i pomocni.
I recommend this apartment. Everything at the highest level. Clean and fragrant. Necessary equipment in the kitchen. Great location. The hosts were very nice and helpful.

Prima kamer met een matig ingerichte keuken.
Geen nieuwe handdoekken of wc papier ontvangen. Eigenaar weinig aanwezig voor vragen.
Costs little, is little.
Nice room with a moderately equipped kitchen.
No new towels or toilet paper received. Owner little present for questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij komen reeds sinds 2002 bij de familie Schaubensteiner en waren weer SUPER tevreden. Ondertussen worden de appartementen beheerd door de derde generatie. Wij wensen Dominik heel veel succes! We komen zeker héél spoedig terug. Een echte aanrader!
We have been coming to the Schaubensteiner family since 2002 and were again SUPER satisfied. Meanwhile, the apartments are managed by the third generation. We wish Dominik a lot of success! We will definitely come back very soon. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here with my dog in June 2019. Nice and clean appartment. Requested for a balcony with afternoon sun and got a very quick reply that it was arranged, very good! The center of the village is a 15 minute downhill walk, but there's also a very lovely nature trail just up the road that leads down to the village. There's a bus stop very close to the appartment which brings you to the town's center aswell.
Very close to the Schmittenhöhe bahn, and, with the Summercard included, the use of this is free in summer, aswell as numerous other sights and activities.
The appartment offers information folders about almost everything, including hiking maps and has a bread delivery service for fresh bread every morning.
