P	P. Lang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist zwar 2 km vom Zentrum entfernt, aber schön gelegen an der Auffahrt zum Hartkaiser. Schade ist, dass.... - die Sauna nur 15:00 h bis 18.00 h, das Schwimmbad ebenfalls nur bis 18:00 h geöffnet ist - die Zimmer seeehr klein sind. Kleines Schlafzimmer, kleines Bad kleine Toilette. Draußen frühstücken zu dritt ist auch nicht drin, da der Balkon ebenfalls dafür zu .... richtig, zu klein/schmal ist - kein Bikekeller oder -schuppen existiert. Man muss die schweren E-bikes die Treppen runterwuchten und dann irgendwie durch um den 180 Grad-zugang zum Skikeller zu bekommen. - Hunde mit 10€ pro Tag berechnet werden. Das steht vorher nirgends, auch nicht im verbindlichen Angebot! - es damit einfach zu teuer ist. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Everything was very clean. Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen,tolles Appartment, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit tollem Aussenpool. Skibus kommt alle 15min vor Haustür, könnte alles nicht besser sein, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt Were as a family in Feb 22 in the Landhof. We liked everything very much, great apartment, very friendly staff, very nice wellness area with a great outdoor pool. Ski bus comes every 15 minutes on the doorstep, everything couldn't be better, we felt very comfortable

B	B K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hadden een 3 kamer appartement gehuurd met uitzicht op de bergen en was echt super. Appartement heel netjes, badkamer en toilet keurig en modern. Keuken was compleet, maar wel oud. Kastdeurtjes hingen scheef. Vaatwasser was niet netjes ingebouwd waardoor deze scheef stond, hing tegen de andere deurtjes aan en sloot moeilijk. Als de vaatwasser dicht moest, moest je deze een grote zwieper geven en een "schop na" voordat deze pas dicht ging. Bij de incheck werd ons dringend verzocht wanneer we iets zouden koken, altijd de afzuigkap aan te zetten. Afgezien van het feit dat wij de indruk hadden dat deze nauwelijks iets toevoegde, had je het idee dat het pand ging instorten als de afzuigkap aangezet werd. Kortom, de keuken mag dringend vervangen worden en een oven als toevoeging is zeer welkom. Maar verder was wel alles (behalve een oven) aanwezig. Pannen, bestek, borden, vaatwasblokjes, handdoek, afwaskwast etc. Het was er allemaal. Er was een bronwater service. Na betaling van een eenmalig klein bedrag, kon je gedurende je verblijf onbeperkt flessen water, plat of bruisend halen. Fantastisch! En ook als het toiletpapier op was, liep je naar de receptie en kreeg je weer nieuwe rollen, zonder problemen. Elke dag voor 17u bestelde je broodjes, of in 1 keer voor de hele week. Wanneer je dit een keer vergat, werd je keurig door de receptie gebeld. 's Morgens om 7u30 konden de broodjes opgehaald worden bij de receptie. Faciliteiten in het hotel waren verder ook keurig en netjes verzorgd. Een enorm skiruim, wasruimte met wasmachines en drogers, zwembad heerlijk warm, ondanks dat het buiten onder het vriespunt was, etc etc. De afstand tot de skilift was ook kort. Dit was te lopen, maar elke kwartier komt er een skibus, die stopt voor de deur van het hotel en die je naar alle plekken in Ellmau brengt. En daarnaast was er overal voldoende parkeerplaats in Ellmau dus ook met de auto kon je overal naar toe. Wanneer we weer terug gaan naar Ellmau zouden wij zeker overwegen nogmaals Hotel Landhof te boeken. (wij waren met ons gezin en familie in de periode voorjaarsvakantie regio noord 2022) We had rented a 3 room apartment with a view of the mountains and it was really great. Apartment very neat, bathroom and toilet neat and modern. Kitchen was complete, but old. Closet doors hung crooked. Dishwasher was not neatly built in, so it was crooked, hung against the other doors and closed with difficulty. If the dishwasher had to close, you had to give it a big sweep and a "kick after" before it closed. When we checked in, we were urgently requested to always switch on the extractor when we were going to cook something. Apart from the fact that we had the impression that it hardly added anything, you had the idea that the building was going to collapse when the extractor hood was switched on. In short, the kitchen needs to be replaced urgently and an oven as an addition is very welcome. But otherwise everything (except an oven) was present. Pans, cutlery, plates, dishwasher cubes, towel, dishwashing brush, etc. It was all there. There was a spring water service. After paying a one-time small amount, you could get unlimited bottles of water, still or sparkling during your stay. Fantastic! And even when the toilet paper ran out, you walked to the reception and got new rolls again, without any problems. You order sandwiches every day before 5 pm, or in 1 go for the whole week. If you forgot this once, you were neatly called by the reception. In the morning at 7:30 am the sandwiches could be picked up at the reception. Facilities in the hotel were also neat and tidy. A huge ski room, laundry room with washing machines and dryers, swimming pool lovely and warm, despite it being below freezing outside, etc etc. The distance to the ski lift was also short. This was walkable, but a ski bus comes every 15 minutes, which stops in front of the hotel and takes you to all places in Ellmau. And in addition, there was plenty of parking space in Ellmau, so you could go everywhere by car. When we go back to Ellmau we would definitely consider booking Hotel Landhof again. (we were with our family during the spring holiday period in the North region 2022)

The biggest cons were the lack of essentials in the kitchen (not even paper towels) and the fact that we each got one bath towel. In order to get new towels or additional towels, you had to pay for them. Not what one would expect from an upscale facility.
