★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne Wohnung, toll eingerichtet. Preis- Leistung top. WLAN, vollständige Küche. Im Winter direkt auf die Piste, im Sommer direkt zu den Wanderwegen.
Nice apartment, well furnished. Price-performance top. WiFi, full kitchen. In winter directly on the slopes, in summer directly on the hiking trails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Lage ist wirklich top. Unsere Wohnung war es leider nicht. Zwar sauber und alles da was man so braucht, aber eine Wohnung OHNE Wlan im Jahr 2018 zu vermieten, dass ist schon grenzwertig. Gerade mit Kindern?. Die schmale Wendeltreppe nach oben - ebenfalls grenzwertig und zudem gefährlich. Bei Regen und Schnee kann man die Schlafräume (Dachfenster) nicht lüften. Über einen Feueralarm möchte ich lieber nicht nachdenken. Da hat man dann verloren. Wir werden dort nicht mehr buchen. Für die Leistung, ist der Preis zu teuer.
The location is really great. Unfortunately, our apartment was not. Although clean and everything you need, but a flat without Wi-Fi in 2018 to rent, that's borderline. Especially with children?. The narrow spiral staircase to the top - also borderline and also dangerous. In rain and snow you can not ventilate the bedrooms (skylights). I would rather not think about a fire alarm. Since then you have lost. We will not book there anymore. For the performance, the price is too expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastische ligging; direct aan de piste en naar het dorp maar 15 minuutjes lopen. Het complex wordt gerenoveerd dus hier en daar wat losse eindjes. Het appartement zelf is klein maar fijn. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Enige nadeel: er is/wordt gerookt. Anno 2019: geen wifi?
Fantastic location; right on the slopes and to the village only 15 minutes walk. The complex is being renovated, so here and there some loose ends. The apartment itself is small but nice. Fully equipped. Only downside: there is / is smoking. Anno 2019: no wifi?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren vom 13.01.-20.01.2018 im Berghof.
Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft.
Es gibt eine große Schlafcouch (mit Matratze) und ein Doppelstockbett.
In der Küche findet sich alles was man zum Überleben benötigt.
Im Winter ist es zwingen erforderlich Schneeketten oder ein Allrad Fahrzeug zu haben. Es ist sonst fast nicht möglich den Berghof zu erreichen wenn es geschneit hat ;)
Der Berghof befindet sich direkt an einer Skipiste. Man zieht sich Ski oder Board an und fährt die Piste bis zur Liftstation nach unten. Dort kann man dann mit der Hartkaiserbahn nach oben fahren und den Wilden Kaiser unsicher machen.
Der nächste Urlaub im Berghof wurde schon gebucht.

The apartment is functional and the view is just fantastic.
There is a large sofa bed (with mattress) and a bunk bed.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need to survive.
In winter, it is necessary to force snow chains or an all-wheel drive vehicle. Otherwise it is almost impossible to reach the Berghof when it has snowed;)
The Berghof is located directly on a ski slope. You put on your ski or board and drive down the slope to the lift station. There you can then go up with the Hartkaiserbahn and make the Wilder Kaiser unsafe.
The next holiday in Berghof has already been booked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele fijne studio's en appartementen. Allemaal particulier te huren. Er is een verwarmde skischoen plaats en ook ku n je je ski's in een hok zetten die op slot zit. Vanaf het complex ski je zo naar beneden naar de hartkaiserbahn. Terug skiën gaat heel makkelijk door lift 90 te nemen. Elk jaar opnieuw een feestje om hier heen te gaan.
Very nice studios and apartments. All to rent privately. There is a heated ski boot place and you can also put your skis in a locked loft. From the complex you can ski down to the Hartkaiser lift. Skiing back is very easy by taking lift 90. Every year a party to go here.
