Old-fashioned, a box in the hall where the skies must be and no heating to dry the shoes. At the slopes and a peck end walk to the apre ski.
C	Christoph Vogt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren mit 5 Personen in zwei Wohnungen. Buchung und vorherige Absprachen erfolgten per Mail mit der sehr netten Vermieterin. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Piste (man geht nur übers Nachbargrundstück und steht auf der Piste). Die Wohnungen sind schön eingerichtet. In der größeren Wohnung konnten wir bequem zu 5. Frühstücken und das Abendessen kochen/essen. (Dies wurde auch durch die Vermieterin vorgeschlagen) Die Bäder sind wohl von vor dem ersten Weltkrieg, sollen aber diesen Sommer wohl neu gemacht werden. Leider gibt es im Haus kein Skikeller/keine Skischuhheizung - sehr schade. Die Ski stehen im Treppenhaus in einem Gestell, Schuhe dann jeweils vor den Wohnungstüren. Der Urlaub wird uns, auch wegen der schönen Wohnungen, noch länger in Erinnerung bleiben.. Ich hatte zu Hause lediglich Probleme, im Baumarkt eine Spanplatte zu finden, die sich annähernd so hart anfühlte wie die auf dem Ausziehsofa für die 3. Person. Wenns nochmal nach Ellmau geht, dann bestimmt wieder ins Haus Monika (vielleicht diesmal mit einer Wohnung mehr für Person 5) We were with 5 people in two apartments. Booking and prior arrangements were made by email with the very nice landlady. The house is right on the piste (you only go over the neighboring property and stand on the piste). The apartments are nicely furnished. In the larger apartment we could comfortably eat breakfast and dinner for 5. (This was also suggested by the landlady) The baths are probably from before the First World War, but should be redone this summer. Unfortunately there is no ski cellar / no ski boot heater in the house - a shame. The skis are in a rack in the stairwell, shoes are in front of the apartment doors. The holiday will stay in our memories for longer, also because of the beautiful apartments. At home I only had problems finding a chipboard in the hardware store that felt almost as hard as the one on the pull-out sofa for the third person. If you go to Ellmau again, then definitely back to Haus Monika (maybe this time with an apartment more for person 5)

Absolut ekelhafte Wohnung ohne WLAN (obwohl versprochen), keine vernünftige Küche (in einem Selbstversorger Haushalt) und generell beschädigtes sowie schäbiges Mobiliar. Who looks for mold and people who can not keep their promises is right here. Absolutely disgusting apartment without Wi-Fi (though promised), no decent kitchen (in a self contained household) and generally damaged as well as scruffy furniture.
D	Daniela Ernesti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider war die Wohnung sehr dreckig, Spinnenweben und Spinnen in fast jeder Ecke. Das Mobiliar war teilweise kaputt und somit nicht nutzbar. Der Kontakt war allerdings sehr nett und freundlich. Aufgrund der Sauberkeit werden wir das Haus aber nicht mehr buchen. Unfortunately, the apartment was very dirty, cobwebs and spiders in almost every corner. The furniture was partly broken and therefore not usable. However, the contact was very nice and friendly. Due to the cleanliness, we will no longer book the house.
s	sammyjo0702 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miserable Unterkunft, Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen, das Bett wurde mittels Holzpflock der den Lattenrost hält provisorisch repariert . Kasten und Nachtkästchen voller Staub und Krümel. Der Lurch bewegte sich durchs ganze Apartment. Die Lampen sind der Horror da sie kein Licht geben. ein alter,billiger Kronleuchter mit 6 Lampenkerzen (4 funktionierende) wo von jeden Tag eine kaputt wurde. Wir mussten sogar mit Taschenlampen am Tisch sitzen damit wir essen konnten. Es muffelt und riecht nach Schimmel. Eine Steckdose im Wohn/Schlafraum löste sich von der Wand ab. Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch ausgestatten, die Bestecklade war ekelerregend schmutzig. Das Badezimmer war in Ordnung aber auch nicht wirklich sauber. Das W-Lan funktionierte die ganze Woche nicht und Stromausfall hatten wir auch. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit die Ski-Schuhe zu lagern/Ski-schuh Halterungen und mussten sie im Badezimmer trocknen. Die Ski standen regelrecht im Wasser einer Abtropfschale. Urlaub in diesem Haus ?Nie wieder !!!! Einzig die Nähe zur Skipiste bekommt 5 Sterne. Miserable accommodation, The mattresses are worn out, the bed was repaired by means of wooden peg holding the slatted frame provisionally. Box and nightstand full of dust and crumbs. The Lurch moved through the whole apartment. The lamps are the horror because they do not give light. an old, cheap chandelier with 6 lamp candles (4 working) where one of each day was broken. We even had to sit with flashlights at the table so we could eat. It muffles and smells of mold. A socket in the living / bedroom detached itself from the wall. The kitchen is very spartan equipped, the cutlery drawer was disgusting dirty. The bathroom was ok but not really clean. The Wi-Fi did not work the whole week and we had power outage too. There is no way to store the ski shoes / ski shoe mounts and had to dry them in the bathroom. The skis were literally in the water of a drip tray. Holiday in this house? Never again !!!! Only the proximity to the ski slope gets 5 stars.
