Sehr zu empfehlen! 3 Minuten Fussweg zur Gondel, Skikeller mit Skischuhheizung. Die Wohnung ist sauber, die Betten bequem. Brötchen-Lieferservice. Kostenloser Parkplatz. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit !! Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Perfect place for skiing and summer vacation, close to both ski lifts. You can go on ski boots to the Penkenbahn directly.

Apart Hotel Garnier Austria is a very nice hotel to stay at, although a budget choice. It is located close to a supermarket, but even more important, close to Penkenbahn. The staff treated us with respect and calmed our every need. The room was small but had a great balcony. Least to say that's were we spent our time. It was great, 5/7 balcony. We also had some sort of kitchen, although not the best it worked. One night we made Pasta Bolognese. Honestly if you're going to Mayrhofen and you're planning to actually ski, Apart Hotel Garni is the best choice, regardless of who you are. Anything more expensive than it would be wasted money.

Good hotel located close to Penkenbahn. Good shower & nice balcony. May be the hotel do not have enough staff so breakfast was excluded. But overall nice place to stay !

We unfortunately stayed for a week at this ultra terrible hotel. We had paid the hotel in advance including breakfast. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one to guide us and show us the room. There were only the room's key on the reception desk and a sheet of paper on which was stated our name. After entering the room, we found that the room, the toilet, the bathroom and ... are completely different from the hotel's advertising photos. For example, in the photos it was shown that the bathroom has a bathtub, but it didn't. The toilet door was not lockable. There was no extra bed in the room, but an old couch instead. There was also a very large table on the terrace that was very spacious and made it hard to cross the terrace. An old carpet was placed on the terrace, which already had burns on it. the Microwave did not work properly. A very unpleasant odor in the area where this hotel is located (However, the area has a nice nature) . On the last day when we wanted to check out, the hotel's reception requested an additional fee for breakfast although it was already paid. But since the hotel had been booked by someone else, and we were unaware of the issue, we repaid the breakfast fee. (We were lucky to have the money with us; otherwise, the receptionist would also call the police! Unbelievable!) When we returned home, we realized that the breakfast fee had been paid in advance. We raised the issue with the hotel and asked them to return the breakfast fee, but we were surprised to find that they did not intend to pay back the additional amount! (they claimed that we burned the carpet and ruined the steel pot! How could a steel pot be damaged?!) Although we were going to have a good trip, but unfortunately, we were upset by their unprofessional behavior. Unfortunately, their behavior is not in the standard of tourism and hotel industry. It was a catastrophic that we have never ever experienced in our lives...
