V	Victoria Holodovsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place. Close to the gondola. The only disadvantage in this place is that there is no small fridge in the room. There is a fridge outside the room, for everyone to use. Our beer got stolen.
א	ארז שלו on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not an hotel, but a pension. This means this is the house of the nice lady running it. Very clean and close to the main gondola. A nice place, though a poor choice of vegetables for breakfast. As vegetarians, It was a bit disappointing.

Breakfast is basic but that is to be expected at a Austrian landhaus. It is a 5 to 8 minute walk (depends if you're wearing skiing boots) to the foot of the Penkenbahn.
D	David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The location could not have been better, it was close to the Penkenbahn and centre of town but far enough away for a tranquil holiday. The owners were friendly, warm and hospitable and we felt comfortable and safe throughout our stay. The room was large with lots of storage and the bathroom and toilet were newly refurbished to a high standard. We had a large balcony and the beds were comfortable. Daily turndown and towels changed regularly. Breakfast had something for everyone. The ski room was secure and worked well. Thank you so much for a perfect holiday.. Negative: Tea and coffee making facilities in our room and extra pillows would have made it a little bit better..

The location is excellent, only a five minute walk to The Penken cable car and yet just far enough away to offer peace and quiet. My room had recently been refurbished and was spacious with a modern bathroom and balcony. There was even the use of a communal fridge on the landing for guests to use. COVID-19 measures were in place and I therefore felt very safe staying here. I will definitely be back!. Negative: Traditional, Austrian hospitality in an excellent location..
G	Gabriela Casagranda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for a week during our first ski trip in Mayrhofen and couldn’t be happier with the service. It started with Anna informing us by email that our room would be ready earlier than expected and that we could check in earlier. We booked a balcony room that had direct view of the gondolas, was very spacious (ideal for the large bags and wintertime clothes), and had a bathtub. The next nice surprise was the breakfast: we walked downstairs to find a table marked with our room number, with a basket of fresh bread, fresh coffee & milk, thinly sliced cheese and ham - it felt like having breakfast at my grandmother’s home ❤️ The location is also amazing: walking distance to the Penkenbahn and the city center, but far enough that you don’t have to worry about the “drunken aftermath” of the aprés ski ? There’s also a ski room with heated boots drying rack, which is practical and saves money from renting a depot at the mountain. At the end of our stay they even gave us a bar of chocolate, and we’re flexible in accommodating our belongings (even though they were fully booked) and serving us with juice, water and coffee while we handled our flight cancellations due to the Eunice storm. We’re looking forward to staying here again in next year’s ski season :)
