★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jetzt da Corona unser Leben beherrscht (derzeit Lockdown) und wir nur Online bestellen können, wollte ich weiterhin meinem Gewohnten Einkauf für Weihnachten in "unseren" Läden/Geschäfte erhalten.
Überrascht war ich von dem Versand!
Bei der Bestellung 3€ vorgerechnet, anschießend nachdem der Kauf vollendet war, wurde die Versandsumme auf 8€ erhöht.
Auf der HP wurden Versand und Handling bis 1kg für 6€ angeschrieben.
Hier geht es nicht um das Geld, sondern um die Abfertigung der Kunden via Email und Telefon.
Habe mir mehr Kompetenz erwartet.
Daher nun diese Bewertung.

 Now that Corona rules our life (currently lockdown) and we can only order online, I wanted to continue to receive my usual shopping for Christmas in "our" stores / shops.
I was surprised by the shipping!
When ordering € 3 in advance, after the purchase was completed, the shipping amount was increased to € 8.
On the HP, shipping and handling up to 1kg were written for € 6.
This is not about the money, but about handling customers via email and phone.
I expected more competence.
Hence this evaluation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They look beautiful, the packaging of the miniature-pralines is great, and they taste very good - but they are the most expensive chocolates you can buy. Nice for a small gift, but not more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One rare 5 star of mine. The best Austrian chocolate! Hidden in little treasure chests and other box forms. Steep price but worth it. The friendly staff presents itself in a 40s look.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website is intriguing, on the website the "Reisekoffer-mini" (18,90€) looks bigger than it actually is.
"Reisekoffer NR.4" Looks the same size as the "Reisekoffer-mini".
Also the website is really hard to navigate because you can only find the product pictures when googling for it but there is no link or segment on the website itself
And the staff was really unfriendly, they didn't let us in together because of the Coronavirus restrictions but we live in the same Appartement.
