Außendienstmitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider war die Endabrechnung falsch. Die bekanntgegeben Summe wurde von uns überwiesen, aber der Typenschein nicht versendet. Es gab auch keinerlei Information, dass noch ein Betrag zur Endabrechnung fehlt. Auch zwei Mail bleiben unbeantwortet. Nachdem ich dann anrief erfuhr ich, dass noch eine geringe Summe offen war. Da es sich um eine Fehlinformation von Alphera handelte, hoffte ich auf eine Kulanz, immerhin war mein Fahrzeug schon verkauft und bezahlt... Gab es nicht, Dann musste ich die offene Summer überweisen. Danach dasselbe in -himmelblau. Auch keine Information, Verzögerung auch nur durch nochmaliges telefonisches urgieren, wurde dann der Vertrag endlich abgeschlossen und die Unterlagen versendet. Wir machen dort nie wieder einen Vertrag.
Unfortunately, the final bill was wrong. The announced amount was transferred by us, but the type certificate was not sent. There was also no information that an amount was still missing for the final bill. Two e-mails also remain unanswered. After I called I was told that a small amount was still open. Since it was a matter of misinformation from Alphera, I was hoping for a goodwill gesture, after all my vehicle had already been sold and paid for ... Was it not, then I had to transfer the open buzzer. Then the same in sky blue. Also no information, delay even by urging another phone call, then the contract was finally concluded and the documents sent. We'll never do a contract there again.
