★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich schlechtes Service!!! Unfreundliche Damen am Telefon, die ständig behaupten Emails nicht erhalten zu haben, obwohl sie in meinem "Gesendet" Ordner sind. Ich bin seit Jahren guter Kunde, werde aber mein nächstes Auto nicht mehr dort leasen.
Unbelievably bad service !!! Unfriendly ladies on the phone who keep claiming they did not receive emails even though they're in my "Sent" folder. I've been a good customer for years but will not lease my next car there.

Wenn man Fragen hat wird am Telefon geseufzt - wenn man mit seinem Job nicht klar kommt, sollte man es besser lassen und etwas besseres lernen!
Ausserdem wird man ständig an den Händler verwiesen, wo eigentlich diese Herrschaften die Zahlen und Fakten bearbeiten, stattdessen heißt es wir können keine Auskunft geben! Freundlichkeit und Hilfeleistung bedeutet für mich etwas anderes, überhaupt bei dieser Summe!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist eine Frechheit wie hier bei BMW mit langjährigen Kunden umgegangen wird. Da fährt man vier Jahre lang eines der teuersten BMW Modelle und wenn man dann, wie bei mir, wegen Umzug ins Ausland nicht wieder einen neuen BMW kauft, wird man behandelt wie der letzte Dreck. NIE WIEDER BMW!!!!
It is a joke as here at BMW dealing with long-standing customers. As you drive for four years, one of the most expensive BMW models and if you then, as with me, because of relocation abroad does not buy a new BMW again, you will be treated like the last dirt. NEVER AGAIN BMW !!!!

Schlechter Service, Abzocker und noch dazu frech am Telefon - Kunden orientiert ist das auf keinen Fall.
Schade dass ich da nicht nur die Bank als negativ sehe, sondern auch BMW - wird sicher die letzte Zusammenarbeit gewesen sein.
Stellen Sie bitte künftig Mitarbeiterinnen ein die wissen, wie man mit Kunden reden sollte, weil Ihre Stimme einem Kunden gegenüber zu heben ist sehr FRECH!

Bad service, rip-offs and, moreover, cheeky on the phone - this is by no means customer-oriented.
It's a shame that I not only see the bank as negative, but also BMW - it will certainly have been the last collaboration.
Please hire employees in the future who know how to speak to customers, because raising your voice to a customer is very NAUGHTY!
