J	James Watkins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculously understaffed. Booked a table for a set time and when we arrived we were left waiting twiddling our thumbs for 20 minutes, without a menu or anything. Eventually ordered drinks but they never arrived. Waited while being ignored primarily due to lack of staff for 30 minutes and then left. Ridiculous!

Then after putting our order in waiter lost our order and has to ask for it again..we ordered a burger which was so hard it was inedible and chicken which was raw. Wouldn't mind the wait but the food was beyond disgusting. I never leave reviews but it was a disappointing end to my trip in zell

As a vegetarian I was happy with the number of options. Service was excellent, especially when we dined a bit earlier, around 6 pm - the meals were served instantly. Very friendly and polite staff. Convenient parking right in front of the restaurant/hotel.

I was so disappointed because how could chicken end up in a vegan dish?. Some restaurants need to be better at food handling.
