Kessefall sets the perfect conditions for a winter holiday in the Zell am See / Kaprun / Saalbach area. If you like sharing great cozy moments with friends and families I would highly recoment this place. We are going back there again next year!
E	Emira Blight on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was soooo dusty and it felt disgusting seeing huge blobs of dust everywhere every day, I vacuumed the floor multiple times and dust keeps magically appearing, also and pillows were horrible, they were so uncomfortable and they were very old, it didn’t feel like a pillow, it felt like chunks of cotton in a bag; the restaurant downstairs was alright, I wouldn’t prefer eating there but it was acceptable, some employees were rude and came out as mean while others were nice, most of the cleaning ladies were super nice, while the men in the lobby didn’t seem as welcoming/ approachable. The laundry room was disgusting and didn’t have soap, there was no way I could clean my cloths and I didn’t understand how it worked. People around the area were annoying and disturbing (screamed and were loud at 12-1 AM), didn’t get one night of good sleep for the time I was there. Don’t recommend the place for teens or people who want to relax, there was nothing interesting or fun to do.
D	D M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ big parking lot nearby. Do enter it when you see the sign if you have little luggage. Otherwise you will be turned around at the hotel. The top of the parking has an exit near the hotel. We had the suite at the very top (apartment), 2 bedrooms. The bathroom could use a makeover (we visited 2 years ago, might have changed). Didn't stay for breakfast, we had to leave early. They gave us special tourist cards, and got to see the nearby lakes free! :) Highly recommend the trip
L	Lukas Klat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel offers more rooms than they have on offer. It tries to fill the rooms to the full capacity of the hotel. They say to them that they haven’t got room for them and they say that’s not their problem. Custimers have to find a new accomodation at their own expense. We’ll never come back again!
