Unendlich lange Schlangen, niemand ist sicher ob man richtig steht und es ist unmöglich den Mindestabstand einzuhalten abgesehen davon dass niemand Masken trägt. Die Busse kommen unregelmäßig im 30 Minuten-Takt und dann gleich 4-5 Busse aufeinmal wodurch sich unten die Massen ansammeln. Und beim Einsteigen geht es nach der Devise "wer schneller läuft und mehr drängelt" - wenn man Pech hat muss man auf die nächsten warten. Ein Angestellter pfercht die Leute noch mehr zusammen dass die Busse durchfahren können anstatt sich ein sinnvolleres System zu überlegen (online Karten für bestimmte Timeslots kaufen, Schlangenführung über den ganzen Parkplatz,...). Bei einem Preis von 24€ pro Person sollte man meinen sie würden das Geld in solche Verbesserungen investieren. There is absolute chaos here. Infinitely long queues, nobody is sure if you are standing correctly and it is impossible to keep the minimum distance apart from the fact that nobody is wearing masks. The buses come irregularly every 30 minutes and then 4-5 buses at a time, causing the masses to gather below. And when getting in the motto is "who runs faster and pushes harder" - if you are unlucky you have to wait for the next one. An employee crowds people even more so that the buses can drive through instead of thinking about a more sensible system (buying tickets online for certain time slots, guiding queues across the entire parking lot, ...). At a price of € 24 per person you would think they would invest the money in such improvements.
F	Franziska Koch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020 - auch ohne Corona - hier wurde auf Ordnung und sicherer Abstand beim Besteigen der Busse geachtet - waren freudig über diese Massnahme - überrascht - Personal an der Kassa freundlich - hilfsbereit - vielen Dank im Nachhinein. 2020 - even without Corona - attention was paid to order and a safe distance when boarding the buses - were happy about this measure - surprised - staff at the checkout were friendly - helpful - many thanks afterwards.

The starting point of the road to the Kaprun dams. Tickets are bought here and buses leave from here. If you have a Zell am See / Karpun Card, you get it for free.
