Outstanding holiday resort and beautiful scenery. Very impressive and one of its kind

Absolutely amazing and unique experience here!! The accommodation is super cozy with the outdoor hot tub and indoor sauna. The view is great, with the nature and animals around.

Mountain top resort. Oodles of pine and wooden fixtures and fittings on top. Excellent service and access to all the normal facilities. About an hour's drive from KLU airport. No cash point is present however so be aware of this and withdraw any hard currency before arrival.

Let me start with the pluses. The hotel location is beautiful with great views. The first impression of the chalets are also that they are very nice and are quite clean. And now for the negative part. The chalet that we had continued to have a bunch of maintenance issues during our stay. We had leaks from showers and bath tubs and we had 5 light bulbs that went out. We brought up these issues to the management and for the leaks they indicated that we have to deal with them as they cannot seal the showers and bath tubs during our stay. This is a rather huge inconvenience especially when you have buckets of water piling up in bedrooms and living rooms where you want to relax. It also doesn't seem like this should be our issue especially when you are paying these types of prices to stay at a top chalet. In addition to this the cleaning service is not the best we have seen. They do not leave extra soap and shampoo which you need when you are 8 people staying in a chalet. Nor do they check if there is hand soap in the bathrooms so then you need continue to notify the reception each time of these issues. When we booked the chalet we thought we would be going for a headache free vacation but it turns out this is not what we got.

Had a beautiful luxurious stay here. We booked the hunting chalet for a long weekend, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. My girlfriend and I loved being in this tranquil space and felt the hotel and staff made our stay perfect. Would definitely return.

Secret place to go. Great chalets and traditional yet luxurious huts. Wonderful wellness area. Very friendly service. Most important great amazing experiences in nature. Clean fresh great smell of nature, peaceful, quiet place for hiking and breath-taking view. A few minutes away from Tūrracherhõhe and Bad Kleinkircheim for skiing.

Wonderful chalets, with beautiful views to the mountains. One of them has a little cabin on a tree, quite romantic, comfortable and relaxing for couples. Great food and you get food served in your chalet, because of COVID they deliver a box with everything you need at the exact time you have requested ?. There is a Spa which unfortunately didn’t get to try. Nice for hiking. Great service! Definitely recommended and hopefully will be back for a longer period, 1 night is definitely not enough but they were fully booked.
