★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urgemütliche Hütte in absoluter Alleinlage. Mit Kindern dauert der Weg vom Parkplatz beim Hotel Schneekönig rund 1 Stunde. Teilweise bedingt durch das erforderliche Ausweichen (und dabei wilde übersteigen von Stacheldraht- und Elektrozäunen) aufgrund von Kuhherden am Weg. Der Weg ist nicht wirklich Kinderwagen geeignet.
Wenig gut gekennzeichnete Wanderwege in der Gegend.
Hütte gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. 2 Schlafzimmer im 1.OG, 1 Zimmer im EG, gemütliche Stube. Waschbecken und Dusche im kalten Keller.
Netter Garten mit Rutsche und kleiner Sandkiste.
Grillplatz vorhanden.
Gepäck wird von der Vermieterin mit einem VW-Bus auf die Hütte gebracht.
Für Kinder gibt es das Heidi-Land, mit Fischteich, ein Profi-Trampolin (kostenpflichtig bei NockSport), einen Spielplatz beim Hotel Schneekönig.
Ausflugsziele: Turracherhöhe, Bad Kleinkirchheim, Wanderungen am Falkert und um die Hütte (Fadenberg, etc)
Fazit: mit kleineren Kindern und Ausflügen ist der Weg zur Hütte etwas weit. Sonst Top und ein tolles Erlebnis.
 Very cozy hut in a secluded location. With children, the walk from the car park at the Hotel Schneekönig takes around 1 hour. Partly due to the required evasion (and wild climbing over of barbed wire and electric fences) due to herds of cows on the way. The path is not really suitable for prams.
Little well-marked hiking trails in the area.
Hut comfortably and lovingly furnished. 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 1 room on the ground floor, cozy parlor. Sink and shower in the cold basement.
Nice garden with slide and small sandpit.
Barbecue area available.
The landlady brings luggage to the hut in a VW bus.
For children there is the Heidi Land, with a fish pond, a professional trampoline (chargeable at NockSport), a playground at the Hotel Schneekönig.
Excursions: Turracherhöhe, Bad Kleinkirchheim, hikes at Falkert and around the hut (Fadenberg, etc)
Conclusion: with smaller children and excursions, the way to the hut is a bit long. Otherwise great and a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Alleinlage, das Auto steht eine gute Stunde zu Fuß (mit Kindern) entfernt. Kühe rund ums Haus, selbst ein Hermelin hat sich mal blicken lassen. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten beim überqueren der angrenzenden Weiden war dies an den Folgetagen kein Problem mehr. Nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter.
Absolute secluded location, the car is a good hour walk (with children) away. Cows around the house, even an ermine has been seen. After initial difficulties crossing the adjacent pastures, this was no longer a problem on the following days. Nice and helpful landlord.
