★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider eine der inkompetentesten Empfangsdamen denen ich jemals gegenübertreten musste, am liebsten würde ich Minussterne vergeben. Ich bin wirklich schockiert und obwohl das Fachpersonal bei weitem freundlicher war, ist auch dort einiges nicht glatt abgewickelt worden.
 Unfortunately one of the most incompetent receptionists I have ever encountered, wish I could give minus stars. I'm really shocked and although the specialist staff was by far friendlier, things didn't go smoothly there either.

and specially Dr Vivika Plank who were very accommodating, helpful and patiently explained everything in English. Thanks to everybody . This allergieambulatorium deserves 5 star and
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the clinic with 2 young children (3 and 5 years old). The doctor was very nice, and gave detailed explanations all in English :) The staff in the test room was also very joyful and did very well at helping the children to relax during the entire "testing phase". I recommend the place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited 2 months to book an appointment. On the day of my appointment, I had to wait for an hour at the reception because the Clinic was overcrowded, and had to leave without getting any tests done.
1 star is one too many for you.
