Leider konnte man mir bei meinem schweren Anfall von Bobo-Allergie, den ich auf dem Weg dorthin erlitten habe, auch nicht helfen. If you have found it (house number 3 is in the corner): great! Very nice staff. Unfortunately I could not be helped with my severe bout of Bobo allergy, which I suffered on the way there.

Fast ein Monat Wartezeit für ein Impftermin (Imuuntherapie) , obwohl angeraten wird diese innerhalb 2 Wochen von einander zu machen. Sehr lange Wartezeiten. Die Imuuntherapie wird auf diese Art und Weise Jahren dauern. Nice doctors but extremely overwhelmed. Almost a month waiting time for a vaccination appointment (immunotherapy), although it is advisable to do this within 2 weeks of each other. Very long waiting times. Imuuntherapy will take years in this way.
T	Theo Tah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Klinik scheint maßlos überlastet, meine Daten wurden mit meiner Schwester verwechselt trotz zwei wöchigem Abstand, unterschiedlichem Vornamen und Geschlecht, erst durch ein explizites Nachfragen konnte ich den Fehler der falschen Tests aufdecken . Das Team ist unhöflich und wirkt gestresst und überfordert. Ich kann dieses Ambulatorium nicht empfehlen, sowohl bei Wien West als auch beim Reumannplatz habe ich bessere Erfahrungen gemacht. The clinic seems to be overburdened, my data was mistaken for my sister despite two weeks apart, different first names and gender, only by explicitly asking I was able to discover the error of the wrong tests. The team is rude and seems stressed and overwhelmed. I cannot recommend this outpatient clinic, I have had better experiences with both Wien West and Reumannplatz.
c	christina brigitte matica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe heute angerufen um einen Termin auszumachen.. die Dame am Telefon sehr ironisch meint, wenn ich verkühlt bin, soll lieber zu Hause bleiben sonnst steck ich alle ein LOL.. Habe heute die Überweisung von meiner Hausärztin erhalten da ich starkes Nasenbrennen habe.. finde dieses Verhalten nicht ok gegenüber einen Patienten.. Meine Empfehlung, als Mitarbeiterin im Pflege/Gesundheitsbereich, professioneller u empatischer mit den Kunden/Patienten reden Called today to make an appointment .. the lady on the phone says very ironically, if I have a cold, I should rather stay at home otherwise I will all put a LOL .. I received the referral from my GP today because I have a bad nasal burn .. do not find this behavior ok towards a patient .. My recommendation, as an employee in the nursing / health sector, to talk more professionally and empathetically with customers / patients

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle freundlich, bemüht und sehr präzise beim kommunizieren der weiteren Vorgehensweise. Schnell ists auch gegangen (mit "Check in", Erstgespräch, Allergietest (inkl. 20 MInuten warten). Blutabnahme und "Check out" insgesamt 40 Minuten. Am Schluss gibts auch die Möglichkeit den Befund sich elektronisch übermitteln zu lassen Kann dieses Allergieambulatorium sehr empfehlen. I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews. The employees are all friendly, hard-working and very precise in communicating the next steps. It also went quickly (with "check in", initial consultation, allergy test (including waiting 20 minutes). Blood collection and "check out" 40 minutes in total. At the end there is also the option of having the results transmitted electronically Can highly recommend this allergy outpatient clinic.
D	Daniela Faitzhofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein extrem unfreundliches Allergieambulatorium! Wenn man kommt, wird man am Empfang gleich mit einem unfreundlichen 'Bleiben Sie hinter der Linie!' begrüßt. Man bekommt einen Termin damit NICHT zu viele Menschen im Warteraum sitzen, der aber NIE eingehalten wird! Man wartet mit zu vielen Menschen bis zu 30 Minuten! Scheinbar liest sich die Rezensionen doch jemand durch, denn plötzlich sind die Damen am Empfang viel freundlicher und zuvorkommender.... An extremely unfriendly allergy clinic! When you arrive, the front desk will greet you with an unfriendly 'Stay behind the line!' welcomed. You get an appointment so that there are NOT too many people sitting in the waiting room, but which is NEVER kept! You wait up to 30 minutes with too many people! Apparently someone is reading through the reviews, because suddenly the ladies at the front desk are much friendlier and more courteous ....
L	Laura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich Selten habe ich mich als Patientin irgendwo derart ungewollt und schlecht aufgehoben gefühlt. Abgesehen von der Ärztin, ist das Personal derart unfreundlich und wirklich ungut. Allen voran die Empfangsdamen. Mir stellt sich die Frage, warum ich mit Menschen arbeite, wenn ich die so offensichtlich nicht ausstehen kann. Von jeder kleinsten Kleinigkeit entnervt und ungeduldig, scheut diese Dame nicht davor zurück, ihrem Gegenüber bewusst zu machen, eben wie genervt sie gerade ist. Es ist wirklich eine Zumutung. Wenn ich nicht auf die medizinischen Dienste angewiesen wäre, würde ich dieses Labor weitgehend meiden! Unfriendly As a patient, I have seldom felt so unwanted and in such bad hands. Apart from the doctor, the staff is so unfriendly and really bad. Above all the receptionists. I wonder why I work with people when I obviously can't stand them. Exasperated and impatient by every little thing, this lady does not shy away from making her counterpart aware of how annoyed she is right now. It is really an imposition. If I didn't rely on the medical services, I would largely avoid this lab!

In my case I inhaled a high chemical liquid I was using to clean (sanitur) and I had to do a quick allergy test for the doctor to know which medicine to place me ! starting from my forehead down to around my mouth I was feeling a burning sensation nonstop and they simply told me I can only get an appointment in 2 weeks, even when I tried to explain that it is urgent , the nurse just said JA WIR KANN NICHT DAFÜR TUN ! SIE MÜSSEN ZWEI WOCHEN WARTEN!
