Bei telefonischer Anfrage und nach Internetrecherche wird die Öffnungszeit sowie das vorbei kommen ohne Termin während der Öffnungszeit bestätigt! Daraufhin meine Frage nach der derzeitigen Wartezeit und sie entgegnet mir in einem grundlos lauteren und unfreundlichen Ton, dass Annahmeschluss (ca 1:40h VOR Ende der Öffnungszeit) ist. Woraufhin ich Frage, wo das geschrieben steht weil es mit der Internetseite & ihrer vorherigen Bestätigung im Widerspruch steht. Schnippisch meinte sie, dass es in ihrem Ermessen liegt, dies zu entscheiden.... interessant, wozu dann die Öffnungszeiten und die Aussage, dass man während dieser ohne Termin aufgenommen wird ? ¿ Vor Jahren waren die Empfangsdamen auch nicht die Besten allerdings wussten diese noch wie man mit Patienten umgeht. Die Ärztin hat Wissen allerdings wiegt das mMn nicht den unhöflichen Umgang durch die Assistenten/Empfangsdamen und die sehr langen Wartezeiten auf. Cause rude receptionist. Then my question about the current waiting time and she replies in a louder and unfriendly tone for no reason that the acceptance deadline is (approx. 1:40 a.m. BEFORE the end of the opening time). Whereupon I ask where it is written because it contradicts the website & your prior confirmation. She said flippantly that it was up to her to decide ... interesting, then why are the opening times and the statement that one will be admitted during this without an appointment? ¿ Years ago the receptionists weren't the best either, but they still knew how to deal with patients. The doctor has knowledge, however, the mMn does not outweigh the rude treatment by the assistants / receptionists and the very long waiting times.

N	Natalija Tadic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich würde nicht mal einen Stern vergeben! Ich habe mir dieses Theater lange genug angesehen und jetzt reicht es! So ein unhöfliches Team habe ich noch nie erlebt. Beginnend von den Assistentinnen bis hin zur Ärztin! Beim Anruf wird einem nicht einmal zugehört und wenn man darum bittet einen aussprechen zu lassen, kriegt man eine freche Antwort zurück oder einem wird aufgelegt! Wenn man in der Ordination selbst einmal frech wird und die Lautstärke der eigenen Stimme erhöht, werden plötzlich ALLE viel netter! Freunde/Verwandte/Bekannte der Empfangsdame werden vorgezogen und müssen nicht 2,5-3 Stunden warten. Ich hoffe, dass so wenige Patientin wie möglich hingehen, sodass diese Ordination schließt! So ein Umgang ist mir noch NIE untergekommen! Seit Wochen habe ich einen Ausschlag, der mit Antibiotika und Cremen behandelt wird. Leider wird es nicht besser!!! Danke, aber mich seht ihr nicht mehr! I wouldn't even give a star! I've watched this theater long enough and now it's enough! I've never seen such a rude team. Starting with the assistants to the doctor! When you call you are not even listened to and if you ask to let someone speak, you get a cheeky answer back or someone is hung up! If you get cheeky in the ordination and increase the volume of your own voice, suddenly EVERYONE becomes much nicer! Friends / relatives / acquaintances of the receptionist are preferred and do not have to wait 2.5-3 hours. I hope that as few patients as possible go so that this ordination closes! I have NEVER come across such a contact! I have had a rash for weeks that is being treated with antibiotics and creams. Unfortunately it doesn't get any better! Thank you, but you don't see me anymore!
M	Markus Kowarz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bedanke mich Für die lange und sehr gut Betreuung. Der einzige kleine Haken bei dem Ansturm an Patienten die lange Wartezeiten. Nach langer Zeit hat man sich auch an dieses gewöhnt. Schade das gute Ärzte dann keine Verträge mit den Krankenkassen haben. Ich wünsche ihr alles Gute. MfG M. G	Ganna Zaky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Empfangsdame ist sehr unhöflich und legt auf wenn man sie nach einem Termin fragt. Finde ich echt schade wenn man so mit dem Patienten redet. The receptionist is very rude and hangs up when asked to make an appointment. I think it's really a shame when you talk to the patient like that.
V	Velorian Windrunner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann nicht einmal einen Hautpilz korrekt diagnostizieren, 2 Wochen Behandlung mit einer Kortisonsalbe, dann wurde es sogar schlimmer statt besser und breitete sich aus, anderen Arzt aufgesucht, Salbe unn Tabletten gegen Pilze bekommen und nach ein paar Tagen sah die Haut wieder fast normal aus Can't even diagnose a skin fungus correctly, 2 weeks of treatment with a cortisone ointment, then it even got worse instead of better and spread, consulted another doctor, got ointment and pills against fungi and after a few days the skin looked almost normal again

Das Team ist ebenfalls Top! 5 Sterne sind in Wahrheit nicht genug!!!! I can't understand the negative reviews, I've been going to Dr. Grabner, she is competent, empathetic and always takes time for her patients! The team is also great! In truth, 5 stars are not enough !!

Da meine bisherige Hautärztin in Pension gegangen ist, war ich auf der Suche nach einem neuen Hautarzt. Ich habe nach einem Termin angefragt und wurde sehr höflich beraten und habe sogar am selben Tag noch einen Termin erhalten. Wurde sehr sehr freundlich von der Empfangsdame empfangen. Es wurde sich ausführlich mit viel Geduld und Interessse bzgl meinem Anliegen befasst! Ich bin dankbar so eine tolle Hautärztin gefunden zu haben und werde treu bleiben. Vielen Dank! After reading the previously given reviews, it was very important to me to share my experience. Since my previous dermatologist has retired, I was looking for a new dermatologist. I asked for an appointment and was advised very politely and even got an appointment on the same day. Was very, very friendly received by the receptionist. My concern was dealt with in detail with a lot of patience and interest! I am grateful to have found such a great dermatologist and I will remain loyal. Thanks very much!
