The Aktiv Hotel Veronika Seefeld is one of the very best experiences that I have. I stayed there for one week attending a conference and I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are very nice and clean and have modern equipments that fits nicely with the authentic look and feel of the rooms. The service was great and the food was nice and well served. I defiantly recommend it for Seefeld visitors

Our 2nd time here as summer vacation . A pleasant and warm atmosphere with very friendly staff. Rooms are specious and the scenery around is just perfect. Shower amenities could be better but this is really just to make it perfect.

Really nice and welcoming place with kind and friendly staff in the perfectly located town of Seefeld. We’ve been here twice with the family in summer trips in Tirol and enjoyed it a lot. Facilities are good except maybe the shower rooms that could be a bit more equipped. There’s a lot of daily activities for all ages and the kiddys club is really great. Definitely recommend this place for a family or a romantic vacation in this beautiful part of Austria!

Excellent. The discription says posh but that is not how I would describe it. They are extremely friendly and serviceminded. And family oriented. They will drive you anywhere in their shuttle service. Absolutely wonderful when you have 2 kids and skiing equipment to log around. Pool area is nice and warm. The staff is really nice. They have daycare on site and the employee here did an excellent job with the kids. Would love to go again.

First the positives: The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Even an average hotel experience will not ruin the a trip to the Austrian Alps. The owner, Veronika, is a lovely person. The breakfast, cake time and dinner were excellent. Pool was huge and relaxing. And you can walk anywhere in Seefeld from the hotel. The cons: Hotel markets itself as a family hotel. It has Kinder care, and the pool is great for kids. However, it is a smoking hotel. Every room has an ash tray. In America, smoking hotels are not family hotels. The hotel staff take frequent smoke breaks, and without AC, the windows must stay open. Therefore, if you do not like cigarette smoking, you are out of luck. You are really really out of luck if the staff smoke breaks occur below your room. There were amenities that we felt could easily have been provided that would have made a big difference. For example, Rooms only had two very thin feather pillows, and I had to ask multiple times for an additional pillow to be brought up. It felt awkward to keep asking after the third time - like it was this enormous burden. Bath towels were very small and thin. Housekeeping didn’t really clean, just replaced towels and threw out trash. We were there in mid-September and the rooms were very warm. A floor fan would have been a welcome addition. It really was uncomfortably warm and we are from South Florida. The staff seemed to be more pleasant when their boss, Veronika, was in. When she wasn’t there, the service was less cheerful. We loved Seefeld and will return one day. However, there are many many hotels in the town, so we will choose one with a few more of the amenities that I mentioned above.

Fantastic few days away staying at Altivhotel Veronika with my fiancée and friends. Situated right in the centre of Seefeld you can access the shops, restaurants , bus station and train station with ease. Everything is a short walk away there is no need for taxi’s. The hotel and spa was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was fantastic value for money and by far the best buffet breakfast I’ve ever had with everything included. The hotel runs a personal ski bus and this was such a great service, the driver is called MIKE and he is super friendly, knowledgable and a great asset to this hotel as he really did answer every question we had and nothing was ever to much. A great guy. We enjoyed our stay here and will 100% be planning on a return trip sometime early next year. Thanks for making our first ski trip so special. Oh and also the spa was great ? Our superior room with balcony was very spacious also ?

Very friendly staff, great atmosphere and perfect food. Free hotel shuttle bus is convenient to bring to you all places within Seefeld. Our room (Superior 2-persons) was a bit outdated but very clean and spacious. I will definitely come back.
