★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start by saying the burgers are very good. The reason for the low review is service, friendliness, and consistency. My wife and I went twice to give them a second chance after our first poor experience. The first time we got a Devil burger and a Mediteran; we requested these with cola. The lady was very unfriendly and body language when she realized we didn't speak German changed for the worst. We received the burgers and fries, no drinks. We asked about the drinks and she acted like she did not understand us so we just wrote them off and left.. The second time we went I ordered the same, when mentioned the Mediteran she simply said no. I had to confirm they were out of them. Ordered chrispy chicken instead. We received the burgers and no fries... Which was confusing since we got them two days before. I asked for ketchup and she said "no, ketchup for fries". The devil burger on the first day was great 5/5 but was missing cheese, the second time it did have cheese..?
Anyway, long story short. The food is good but inconsistent, it's expensive and if you don't speak Deutsch you may want to avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So good! You have to try this place. The burgers were excellent - and this is coming from an American burger aficionado! The classic was delish with fresh beautiful tomatoes, barbecue sauce, bacon, onions and more. My kids has some cheeseburgers and a pizza and loved every bit. The service was excellent. While it may be understated, this place is excellent - a great family place and a steal for the price with huge burgers. Don’t miss this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wednesday night, approximately 20:00… Noone waiting in front of us. We ordered one burger and 1 pizza - the grumpy old lady behind the counter shouting at us “40 minutes waiting time!” Unfortunately she started to change her behavior after she realized that we’re not talking German. After reading other reviews here we had to mention this. It really seems you aren’t welcome if you don’t speak German. Sad thing…
