★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely family hotel with a perfect all-inclusive service. For the children a separate buffet (breakfast and dinner) for the parent a mix between buffet and different menus. The personal is very friendly and the town Seefeld is very adorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great family option close to nursery slope in Seefeld, easy walk to ski buses to other hills. Extremely friendly staff all round, particular praise for Geri who looked after us for breakfast and dinner every day.
Pleasant rooms, excellent kids facilities including leisure pool with flume, kids club, play areas indoors and out. Meals good, with wide variety and a buffet for little ones means no waiting. Always plenty of food, you won't go hungry! Late opening lunch service from 1pm to 4pm appreciated after a morning's skiing.
We enjoyed our stay here, and despite it being busy because of half term across Europe and the Fashing holiday it never felt crowded. Staff a definite highlight and plenty to keep younger kids happy when not on the slopes. Recommended.

The Filo kidsclub is great if mam and dad are in need of a small time out ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always had very high standards but this year alpenpark has exceeded those standards. Food was excellent and service throughout the hotel was excellent also. There seems to be a great team there working together in a very determined but harmonious way to deliver exceptional product and service. We will be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel! Perfect for kids. Room we had was spacious. Cleaning was top notch. Bar personal as well as restaurant staff was good. However some waiters needed more training. Our table waiter was very good in his work. Nice pools and facilities for the kids.
