★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not always satisfied. Sometimes they charge for coffee and pastry as combi price, sometimes not. Nobody speaks English so you can't understand why they do what they do. Coffee is good, though. There are better coffee shops nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful... they have an "Aktion" for a Melange+Golatsche (€4.70 instead of €6.10) . We ordered together with my wife Melange, Brauner and a Golatsche to share, but when we asked for the bill the waitress Cornelia refused to include the "Aktion" price, arguing that I ordered Melange, while the Golatsche was ordered by my wife...:-) Ridiculous.
So, dear friends, next time you go there, please inform the waiters in advance who's gonna eat what, and if you take something to share don't forget to commit which percentage each of you will eat! :-D
Otherwise you will not be eligible for special offers!
An invoice as proof attached.
UPDATE: After a complaint letter Aida wrote back that the situation is indeed unacceptable and promised to speak with their employee. The difference in price was also compensated.
