Ging ins Geschäft und fragte ob sie mir einen neuen Schlauch reingeben können. Meinte der Verkäufer dass geht erst ab Montag da der Mechaniker am Samstag nicht da ist. Was ist das bitte für ein Fahrradgeschäft wo der Verkäufer nicht mal einen Schlauch tauschen kann. Kundenservice null Punkte. Der freundliche Intersport tauschte ihn dann. Would like to give 0 stars but unfortunately not. I had a flat tire on a bike tour on Saturday. Went into the store and asked if they could give me a new hose. The seller said that will only work from Monday because the mechanic is not there on Saturday. What kind of a bicycle shop is that where the seller can't even exchange a tube. Customer service zero points. The friendly Intersport then exchanged it.

Wir würden super beraten und haben ein übertragenes Rad mit einem Jahr Garantie gekauft. Dieses wurde vor Abholung nochmals überprüft. Bei der Abholung erhielten wir noch tolle Tipps, wie der Umstieg vom Laufrad auf das erste echte Rad einfach gelingt. Super Kundenbetreuung! Competent consulting. This time we didn't buy e-bikes, but looked for the first bike for our granddaughter. We would give great advice and bought a transferred bike with a one-year guarantee. This was checked again before collection. When we picked it up, we received great tips on how to easily switch from the balance bike to the first real bike. Great customer support!

Hatte mir extra frei genommen um ein Rad zu kaufen. Hab ich dann gerne in Grafenwörth, die wollten mein Geld. One star is even too many. A perfect example of why people are now even ordering bicycles on the Internet. Unfriendly and 0 interest. I took extra time off to buy a bike. I like to be in Grafenwörth, they wanted my money.
r	root D3vnull on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich lese hier unfreundlich usw. kann ich NICHT bestätigen. Freitags ein Damen und ein Herren Bike gekauft und Samstags abgeholt. Alle freundlich alle fachkundig. Sogar vom alten Bike hat der Chef persönlich das Tretlager aufgeschraubt weil ich es nicht aufbekommen habe (festgerostet) und das am Samstag! Daher von uns eine klare Empfehlung! Und weil ichs weiter unten gelesen habe, wenn man als Radfahrer keinen Schlauch aus dem Reifen bekommt um ein Loch zu flicken sollte man besser zu Fuß gehen ? I read here unfriendly, etc. I CANNOT confirm. Bought a ladies and gents bike on Fridays and picked them up on Saturdays. All friendly, all knowledgeable. The boss even unscrewed the bottom bracket from the old bike because I couldn't get it open (rusted on) and that on Saturday! Hence a clear recommendation from us! And because I've read it below, if you as a cyclist can't get a tube out of the tire to mend a hole, you'd better go on foot ?
B	Benedikt Voit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hat mir zwei Fahrradschläuche fürs Rennrad verkauft (relativ teuer). Beide Schläuche waren schon vor der Montage schon kaputt, das Ventil hat sich aus dem Schlauch gelöst. Somit konnte ich ihn leider auch nicht flicken. Umso ärgerlicher, weil ich es erst gemerkt hatte als ich auf den Ersatzschlauch mit einem Platten angewiesen war und somit nicht weiterfahren konnte. Sold me two inner tubes for my racing bike (relatively expensive). Both hoses were already broken before assembly, the valve has come loose from the hose. So unfortunately I couldn't mend it either. All the more annoying because I only noticed it when I had to rely on the replacement hose with a flat tire and therefore couldn't continue.
