Ich war das 1. Mal in dem Shop und habe bei meinem Fahrrad ein kleines Service in Auftrag gegeben. Die Rechnung hierfür machte in Summe dann beachtliche € 227 aus. Nach Nachfrage wurde mir erklärt, dass sehr viele Teile ausgetauscht werden mussten und der Preis daher gerechtfertigt sein. Zur Info: es handelt sich dabei um ein Rad mit Neupreis ca. €700- €800 Wäre es nicht normal, dass man in so einem Fall telefonisch nachfragt, ob diese wirklich durchgeführt werden sollen? Abgesehen davon, dass ich eigentlich ein kleines Service in Auftrag gegeben habe. Da stellt sich mir die Frage, was beinhaltet ein kleines Service und was ein großes? Ich finde die Vorgehensweise einfach nicht korrekt und hätte mir erwartet, dass man mich telefonisch kontaktiert bevor man die ganzen Reparaturen durchführt. So wie es auch in jeder Autowerkstatt gehandhabt wird. Positiv sei erwähnt, dass mir zumindest €27 nachgelassen wurden. Ein kleiner Trost für mich, da ich die Reparaturen sicher nicht machen hätte lassen, wenn ich es vorab gewusst hätte. Tatsache ist, dass ich das so nicht in Auftrag gegeben hatte und dann vor vollendete Tatsachen gestellt wurde. Sowas ist absolut kein Kundenservice! Despite the many positive reviews, and although my partner recently bought his bike there and was very satisfied, I can unfortunately only award one star. It was my first time in the shop and I ordered a small service for my bike. The invoice for this then totaled a considerable € 227. When asked, I was told that many parts had to be replaced and the price was therefore justified. For your information: it is a bike with a new price of approx. € 700- € 800 Wouldn't it be normal to ask by phone in such a case whether these should really be carried out? Apart from the fact that I actually ordered a small service. So the question arises, what does a small service include and what a big one? I just don't find the procedure correct and would have expected me to be contacted by phone before doing all the repairs. Just as it is handled in every auto repair shop. On a positive note, at least € 27 was dropped. A little consolation for me, since I would certainly not have had the repairs done if I had known in advance. The fact is that I did not commission it that way and was then faced with fait accompli. This is absolutely no customer service!

Bin per Zufall durch einen Schaden bei einer Radtour auf die Werkstatt gestoßen und nehme jetzt auch noch gerne den weiten Weg aus Wien in Kauf um mein Rad in guten Händen zu wissen! Best, fastest and most competent bike repair shop I've found so far! I stumbled across the workshop by accident while on a bike tour and am now happy to take the long trip from Vienna to know that my bike is in good hands!

The mechanic was extremely good, he swapped it out very quickly, let me watch the whole time, and did a few adjustments to make sure the bike was perfect. They were a bit understaffed, so I had to wait about an hour until the mechanic was free, but once he was free he fixed it immediately for me. I thought the price was very fair (110 euros- 80 for wheel + new disc rotor, 30 for labor). This was 40% less than I was quoted at other shops. I would definitely recommend!
