L	Luciano Isnardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire Alex il ragazzo che lavora e gentilissimo e disponibile ma l’alloggio e una topaia tutto sporco senza le lenzuola di ricambio impianto elettrico molto fatiscente dopo 10 minuti che eravamo li ha preso fuoco una presa elettrica e abbiamo dormito al freddo una notte ... il giorno seguente ha provveduto a riparare il guasto e ci ha rimborsati una notte peccato che proprio ieri le stufette elettriche sono partite e siamo stati dinuovo al freddo ATTENZIONE IO CI HO RIMESSO IL PORTATILE SICCOME L’IMPIANTO ELETTRICO FA SCHIFO. LE PRESE SCALDANO E MI HA FATTO PARTIRE IL PC CI SONO SBALZI DI CORRENTE .. sicuramente la mansarda non e a norma .. il tutto completato da una puzza assurda polvere ovunque letto matrimoniale rotto divano letto con tutte le doghe rotte STATE ALLA LARGA. peccato che non mi fa pubblicare le foto altrimenti potevate vedere con i vostri occhi !!! Se lo rinnovano come mi ha detto il ragazzo allora e un buon posto... ma finche non lo rinnovano non metteteci piede... nel divano letto nel cassettone c’erano lenzuola e piumoni usati sporchi !!!e una scatola di cioccolatini ritter sport scaduti e fusi dal caldo !!! La stufetta in bagno e pericolosa. Non e altro che una resistenza ad incandescenza. La cucina e tutta marcia il frigo e tutto scassato la tv fa pena 6canali in croce... l’ascensore e piccolissimo ed arriva solo al terzo piano poi bisogna farsi un piano a piedi. ..in compenso la zona offre buoni servizi la metro e dietro casa ed e pieno di negozi dove con 10 euro mangi come un re voto struttura -0. Ho soggiornato 3 notti dal 17 al 20 agosto 2018 in questa mansarda sottotetto trovando la presenza di formiche e tarme per scarsa pulizia e disinfestazione. Nel piccolo bagnetto cieco manca l'aereatore elettrico per il ricambio d'aria. La superficie di detta mansarda e la sua volumetria ridotta per il tetto spiovente, risulta insufficiente per ospitare 3 / 4 persone. Il piccolo ascensore condominiale porta solo 3 persone e per accedere alla mansarda si deve salire un piano a piedi (con le valigie NON È COMODO). Non esiste il giardino condominiale come si vede nelle foto. ESPERIENZA NEGATIVA DA NON RIPETERE, MAI PIÙ! Guest ants! I stayed 3 nights from 17 to 20 August 2018 in this attic, finding the presence of ants and moths due to poor cleaning and disinfestation. In the small blind bathroom there is no electric aerator for air exchange. The surface of the attic and its reduced volume due to the sloping roof are insufficient to accommodate 3/4 people. The small condominium lift carries only 3 people and to access the attic you have to walk up one floor (with suitcases IT IS NOT COMFORTABLE). There is no communal garden as seen in the photos. NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE NOT TO BE REPEATED, NEVER AGAIN!
