J	Josefine Pachernegg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei meinem alten Auto wurde ein Unterbodenschutz fällig und habe diesen bei der Firma Gradwohl machen lassen; ich kann sagen, dass die Konservierung ganz toll erledigt wurde und empfehle auf alle Fälle, diese Werkstätte zu wählen; da werden Sie bestens beraten und bedient. Ich komme ganz sicher wieder. Underbody protection was due for my old car and I had it done by Gradwohl; I can say that the conservation was done really well and I definitely recommend choosing this workshop; you will receive the best advice and service. I'll be back for sure.
C	Christoph Singer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nicht zu empfehlen, meine Erfahrung: Habe im November einen Reifen neu wuchten lassen und im Zuge dessen um eine Karosserie Reperatur angefragt. Dafür wurde mir dann ein Angebot versprochen und mir gesagt, das Wuchten wäre gratis. In den nächsten 3 Monaten habe ich dann insgesamt 5 mal angerufen und gefragt wann ich nun das Angebot bekomme und jedes mal ist es mir „in den nächsten Tagen“ versprochen worden. Im Jänner habe ich dann endlich einen Brief bekommen - allerdings nicht das Angebot auf das ich seit Monaten warte. Sondern eine Mahnung warum das Wuchten eines Reifen noch nicht gezahlt habe! Also über 50€ für das wuchten eines einzelnen Reifens, das mir zuvor als kostenlos beschrieben wurde und am ärgerlichsten: Monate lange leere Versprechungen für ein Reperaturangebot. Wenn sie eine verlässliche Werkstatt suchen, würde ich eine andere empfehlen. Unfortunately not recommended, my experience: I had a tire rebalanced in November and in the course of this asked for a body repair. I was then promised an offer and told that the balancing would be free. In the next 3 months I called a total of 5 times and asked when I would get the offer and each time I was promised "in the next few days". In January I finally got a letter - but not the offer I've been waiting for for months. But a reminder why I haven't paid for the balancing of a tire yet! So over €50 for balancing a single tire that was previously described to me as free and most annoying: months of empty promises of a repair offer. If you are looking for a reliable workshop, I would recommend another one.

Gerade als Frau ist es wichtig, einen Mechaniker bzw. eine Reparaturwerkstätte zu haben, der man vertraut, da "frau" sich eher weniger bei Autos und Technik auskennt. Wenn ich zu ACG Gradwohl mit meinem Auto fahre, dann bin ich mir immer sicher, dass ich mich verlassen kann und dass alles ehrlich und verlässlich so gemacht wird, wie es gemacht werden soll. Ich bin äußerst froh, diese Autowerkstatt zu haben und fühle mich dahingehend sicher! Danke! TOP service and benefits! I'M ALWAYS SATISFIED! Especially as a woman, it is important to have a mechanic or repair shop that you trust, since "women" tend to be less familiar with cars and technology. When I drive my car to ACG Gradwohl, I am always sure that I can rely on myself and that everything is being done honestly and reliably as it should be done. I am extremely happy to have this auto repair shop and feel secure about it! Thank you!
