In wunderschönem Ambiente kann man hier die Verbindung von Geist und Körper, innerem und äußerem Raum, eigenen Grenzen erfahren, üben, lernen - unter achtsamer, sehr professioneller Begleitung von Judith, die viel Erfahrung hat und sich immer etwas Neues einfallen lässt, damit das mit dem "Sich in die Anstrengung hinein Entspannen" dann auch im Alltag gelingt :)
PS Auch Meditationsabende oder Meditationskurse für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene im Lauf des Jahres im Programm!
