Sehr Schade von einer 5 Stern pizza zu einer nicht Mal ein Stern . Pizza kalt, trocken und Rand wie Stein .Auf unsere Reklamation kam sowas wie ...wir sind ja kein Restaurant . Ich empfehle diese Pizza NICHT mehr weiter . My family and I were regular customers of Pizza Mami. The emphasis is on goods! Only badly ordered since the new takeover and today for the last time. very A shame from a 5 star pizza to a not even one star. Pizza cold, dry and edge like stone. Our complaint came up with something like ... We are not a restaurant. I do NOT recommend this pizza anymore.

Als wir angerufen haben und gefragt haben wie lang es denn noch dauert bzw wo die Pizza ist , kam nur ein " Is unterwegs , danke tschau " Waited 2 hours Pizza was cold. When we called and asked how long it would take or where the pizza was, we only got a "I'm on the way, thanks bye"

So viel Öl war im Reis und schwarze verbrannte Reste einfach drübergegossen auf dem Reis. Niemals wieder Terrible the grilled calamari had been cooked in a pan and burnt too. There was so much oil in the rice and black burnt remains simply poured over the rice. Never again
W	WTR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCHLECHTER SCHERZ.......Der Herr der das Telefonat entgegengenommen hat bodenlose Frechheit Kundenservice 0,0%. Wollte eigentlich mitteilen dass die Pizza die ich bestellt habe falsch ist. Ich fragte den Herr was auf eine Torino pizza drauf sein soll....er, zählt mir die Sachen auf und ich sagte es ist nur salami drauf...er, es kann nicht sein ich habe das selber gemacht.....das hat nicht mal was mit Pizza zu tun eher Fladenbrot belegt mit Käse und paar Salami darauf. Das wars für mich mit Pizza Mami habe gerne dort bestellt aber wenn ich mitbekomme wie unfreundlich und inkompetent der Mitarbeiter am Telefon war/ist NEIN DANKE HABE FERTIG. Ihr könnt euch die Bilder im Anhang gerne selber begutachten ob ich das bekomme habe was ich eigentlich wollte für knapp 10 Euro. BAD JOKE ....... The gentleman who took the phone call bottomless cheek customer service 0.0%. I actually wanted to let you know that the pizza I ordered is wrong. I asked the gentleman what should be on a Torino pizza ... he counts the things up for me and I said it's only salami on it ... he, it can't be, I made it myself ..... it doesn't even have anything to do with pizza, rather flatbread topped with cheese and a few salami on it. That's it for me with pizza. Mommy was happy to order there, but when I see how unfriendly and incompetent the employee was on the phone / is NO, THANKS, DONE. You are welcome to examine the pictures in the attachment yourself to see if I can get what I actually wanted for just under 10 euros.
