Da ich im Mai 2021 aufgrund eines Wohnungswechsels meinen Vertrag gekündigt habe, den Router retourniert habe und keinen Anschluss mehr besitze, hat mich gewundert warum immer noch 41€ monatlich abgebucht werden. Laut A1 Kunden Service läuft der Vertrag noch bis Februar 2022 obwohl ich keine Leistung mehr beziehe. Ich kenne solche Verträge aus dem Mobilfunkbereich wo man über 2 Jahre ein Smartphone finanziert, aber bei einem Festnetzanschluss ist es eine Dreistigkeit! Also nie wieder A1, besser Magenta oder regionalen Anbieter wählen. Schöne Grüße I am extremely dissatisfied with the drafting of the contract for A1's standard Internet connection. Since I canceled my contract in May 2021 due to a change of apartment, returned the router and no longer had a connection, I wondered why 41 € are still being debited monthly. According to A1 customer service, the contract will run until February 2022 although I no longer receive any services. I know such contracts from the mobile phone sector where you finance a smartphone for 2 years, but with a landline connection it's audacious! So never again A1, better choose magenta or regional providers. Best regards
