Handyeinrichtung Fehlanzeige. Es wurde nicht mal gefragt. Die anderen Verträge wollte ich besprechen aber keine Zeit obwohl nix los war.. Auch die versprochene Email kam nicht.. Very bad service from the young saleswoman. Have 4 contracts with Magenta. There was only time for one, however, and that was Express. Cell phone equipment nil. It wasn't even asked. I wanted to discuss the other contracts but no time, although nothing was going on. The promised email did not arrive either.

Rechnung nachdem ich schon einmal angerufen habe mit 27 € statt wie im Vertrag ausgemacht mit 20 € weil ich Internet für zuhause um 30 € auch genommen hab. Beim ersten Anruf wurde veranlasst, dass ich mein Geld dann im nächsten Monat zurücn bekomme, und dann gestern wieder eine Rechnung mit 27 € , hab dann wieder angerufen und mir wurde wieder gesagt sie zahlen es dann bei der nächsten Rechnung zurück. Dieses mal haben die Mitarbeiter von Magenta es anscheinend richtig eingestellt und es sollte nicht mehr vorkommen. Didn't mention anything about an activation fee of almost € 50, it's only printed in small print. Already got the 4th bill after calling once with 27 € instead of 20 € as agreed in the contract because I also used the internet for 30 € at home. The first time I called, I got my money back next month, and then yesterday another bill for € 27, then called again and I was told they would pay it back on the next bill. This time the Magenta staff apparently set it right and it shouldn't happen again.

Kudos to the staff, they are very competent and friendly. You feel well advised and get great service. Keep it up!
W	Will Carr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sie besprechen nie den Kleindruck des Vertrags und sie bieten weiterhin falsche Infos über Sachen wie Roaming-Gebühren. Würde dieses Geschäft auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Hat mir bis jetzt mehr als 130 EUR gekostet. Bedauerlich! They never discuss the fine print of the contract and they continue to provide false information about things like roaming charges. Would definitely not recommend this shop. Has cost me more than 130 EUR so far. Regrettable!
