Reparaturauftrag seit einem Monat nicht erledigt, obwohl mitgeteilt wurde, dass eine alte Frau auf das Telefon angewiesen ist !! Mein Tipp - bei Amazon kaufen, da funktioniert das Service . Base station of a cordless telephone defective and still under guarantee. Repair order not completed for a month, although it was reported that an old woman relies on the phone !! Abstand hat gereicht und die Tatsache dass alle anderen anwesenden immer noch in dem Theaterstück festhängen und Mase trugen, fühlte ich mich ausreichend geschüzt. Wir sind unserem Lieben gegenüber und umgekehrt, nicht mehr oder weniger gefärlich als die Jahre davor. In etwa 10 Tagen hole ich mir mein Gerät wieder ab Gesund und Munter! ;). Ich habe mich jetzt für HOT-Mobile entschieden - funktioniert viel unkomplizierter. In short - very complex if you want to use a membership advantage of a union. Verbindung wird seit Jahren schlechter obwohl der Preis immer teurer wird und der Kundenservice ist ein Witz. Nach ewigen Wartezeiten in der Servicehotline eine kompetente Dame erwischt die mir endlich helfen konnte. Schlechter kann die Konkurrenz gar nicht sein.... Incorrect information statements due to termination. I was served a contract that I have not completed. Connection has been getting worse for years even though the price is getting more expensive and customer service is a joke. After waiting forever in the service hotline, I got a competent lady who could finally help me. The competition couldn't be worse ...

M	Michael Schlemmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da derzeit A1 nicht gerade der beste Tarif Anbieter ist lässt natürlich auch der Service im Shop zu wünschen übrig. Habe mein Handy über A1 versichert, hatte dann nach 3 Jahren am 27.06.21 einen Bruchschaden. Natürlich gleich Handy eingeschickt und gewartet. Nach ca. 1 Monat neues bekommen das defekt gewesen ist, wieder eingeschickt und gewartet. Nun haben wir denn 13.10.2021 und habe bereits 3 mal eingeschickt und immer wieder das dafekte Gerät bekommen. Im Shop heißt es immer wieder sie könnten nichts anderes machen auch wenn man bei der A1 Service line anruft wird man nur abgewimmelt und wo anders hin verbunden. Lange werde ich nicht mehr bei diesem Anbieter bleiben!!!!!! Since A1 is currently not the best tariff provider, the service in the shop also leaves a lot to be desired. I insured my cell phone via A1, then after 3 years it was broken on 06/27/21. Of course, the cell phone sent in and serviced right away. After about 1 month you get a new one that was defective, sent back in and serviced. Now we have 10/13/2021 and have already sent in 3 times and always received the correct device. In the shop they keep saying they couldn't do anything else, even if you call the A1 service line you will only be dismissed and connected elsewhere. I will not stay with this provider for a long time !!!!!!
