Ich solle die updates darüber laufen lassen, es würde schon klappen und wenn nicht soll ich einfach wiederkommen. Ich reklamierte es nach mehreren updates, in weniger als 10 Tagen. Ich bekam unverschämte Wortmeldungen, ein Gefecht begann. Ich ließ es dort einschicken zum Reparieren. Bekam es wieder, versuchte es und es war gleich defekt wie vorher. Sagte es sofort! Ich stieg auf Kontakt per E-Mail mail um, da ich mir die abschätzigen und Kunden unfreundlichen Worte nicht mehr antun wollte. Bekam nach 5 Monaten!!!!! mein Geld zurück! Nie wieder dieses Geschäft! Da bleib ich lieber handylos. . Nach einschalten meines Rechtsanwalts I bought a new Samsung phone for € 500 in February. It didn't work when I tried it. I should let the updates run over it, it would work and if not I should just come back. I reported it after several updates in less than 10 days. I received outrageous requests to speak, and a skirmish began. I had it sent in there for repair. Got it again, tried it and it was broken the same as before. Said it right away! I switched to contact by e-mail because I no longer wanted to use the disparaging and unfriendly words to myself. Got it after 5 months !!!!! my money back! Never again this business! I'd rather stay without a cell phone. . After switching on my lawyer

Ein Herr Baumgartner hat mich nicht nur beim Kauf des Handys beraten, sondern mir auch weit über die übliche Servicetätigkeit alles geduldigst erklärt. Das werde ich mir merken ???
