Nicht nur das die Damen sehr unfreundlich sind. Fachwissen ist kaum vorhanden. Auf bestimmte Fragen zu Modellen wurde mir nahegelegt im online Shop zu suchen. Fazit: Im Online Shop bekomme ich mehr Auskünfte und eine bessere Beratung als in der Murpark Filiale. Und unfreundliche Gesichter sieht man dort auch keine As a regular customer, I will not visit this branch again. I've been there a few times and each time the same uncomfortable feeling. Not only that the ladies are very rude. There is hardly any specialist knowledge. For certain questions about models, I was advised to search the online shop. Conclusion: In the online shop I get more information and better advice than in the Murpark branch. And there are no unfriendly faces there either

Sie hat nicht mal gegrüßt. Dann kam eine offensichtlich betuchte Dame in den Laden die sofort umschwärmt wurde. Habe dann fast 200 Euro beim intimissimi gelassen-Top Bedienung I am very disappointed with the staff at the Murpark branch. I wanted to go shopping there on Saturday and the lady completely ignored me even though she was alone. She didn't even say hello. Then an obviously well-heeled lady came into the store who was immediately swarmed around. Then I left almost 200 euros with the intimissimi top service
