★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann dieses Unternehmen absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Im Zuge einer Vertragsumstellung (die eigentlich keine große Sache sein sollte) hatten wir ziemliche Probleme, die sich im Endeffekt monatelang hingezogen haben und in einer 3-wöchigen Phase ohne Internetanbindung resultierten (wirklich schlecht weil mein Partner und ich aus beruflichen Gründen stark darauf angewiesen sind). Keine Empfehlung, viel Ärger!
 I absolutely cannot recommend this company. In the course of a contract change (which shouldn't really be a big deal) we had quite a few problems that ultimately dragged on for months and resulted in a 3-week phase without an internet connection (really bad because my partner and I are heavily dependent on it for professional reasons ). No recommendation, a lot of trouble!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kommt auf die Beratung drauf an..voriges Jahr hab ich eine kompidente Mitarbeiter gehabt, heuer die hat sich gor net auskennt und wenn sich der Kunde net auskennt dann ist es echt schwierig.
Depends on the advice ... last year I had a competent employee, this year she really knows her way around and if the customer knows the way things are then it is really difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitarbeiter A1 Shop bemühen sich. Leider gibt es eine überorganisierte Firmenzentrale, wo keiner weiss, was der Andere tut oder getan hat. Seinen Frust kann man leider nur vor Ort los werden. Tut mir leid für die Shop Mitarbeiter.
Employees A1 Shop make an effort. Unfortunately, there is an over-organized company headquarters where no one knows what the other is doing or has done. Unfortunately, you can only get rid of your frustration on site. I feel sorry for the shop staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A1 Shop im Bühl Center, schöner freundlicher Shop, es wurde mir geholfen. Nachdem ich zu Hause weiß ich wie lang in der Service Hotline hing bin ich direkt hingefahren. Ausführliche Beratung, Herr Müllner hat sich wirklich Zeit genommen. Danke dafür.
A1 Shop in Buhl Center, nice friendly store, it was helping me. Once I know at home I how long the service hotline hung I went there directly. Detailed advice, Mr. Muellner has really taken time. Thanks for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hauptsache der Vertrag wurde verlängert. Vor fast zwei Monaten ein neues Handy gekauft und seitdem nur zwei Wochen mehr oder weniger telefonieren können sonst nur auf Reparatur und kein Ende in Sicht. Dazu das Personal sehr unfreundlich.
The important thing is that the contract has been extended. Bought a new mobile phone almost two months ago and since then have only been able to make calls for two more or less weeks, otherwise only for repairs and no end in sight. In addition the staff very unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War wegen eines neuen Handys beim A1Shop. Termin wurde super eingehalten. Allerdings beim Beraten oder beim Erklären war es nicht mehr so prickelnd. Anscheinend brauchen sie keine Kunden die etwas kaufen wollen zu einem bestimmten Preis. Man hat mir aber auch keine Alternativen genannt. Wenn man bei A1 anruft wird man wesentlich besser beraten und vor allem auch extrem freundlich behandelt. Werde nicht mehr in den Shop gehen.
Went to the A1Shop for a new cell phone. Appointment was kept perfectly. However, when advising or explaining, it was no longer so tingling. Apparently they don't need customers who want to buy something at a certain price. But I wasn't given any alternatives either. If you call A1 you will get much better advice and, above all, will be treated extremely friendly. Will not go to the shop again.
