Very friendly and competent service. Absolutely great! Good central location. Unfortunately a long wait. More staff at the prices of A1 wouldn't hurt.

Beim nächsten Besuch - Internet hat sich nicht Verbunden- wurde mir geraten, beim Kundenservice anzurufen! Ich bin dann zum A1- Rössl ins Weinlandcenter gefahren, die das Problem in kürzester Zeit gelöst haben! Bin seit über 20 Jahre Kunde bei A1,aber so schlecht wie der Kundenservice seit kurzem ist, war er noch nie! Werde auf jedem Fall den Anbieter wechseln! Unfortunately, I cannot report anything positive! When asked about a tariff for abroad, they only said - there is nothing and I would be wrong with you! On the next visit - internet did not connect - I was advised to call customer service! I then drove to the A1-Rössl in the Weinlandcenter, which solved the problem in a very short time! I have been a customer of A1 for over 20 years, but the customer service has never been as bad as it has recently been! Will definitely change providers!
R	Raging Red on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte nur meinen NAT Typen von Strikt auf Offen bei meine Router machen, das ging verdammt schnell, hätte ich mich nicht gedacht. Freundlich, sauber, zum Preis kann ich leider nichts sagen I just wanted to switch my NAT type from Strict to Open on my router, that was damn fast, I would not have thought. Friendly, clean, unfortunately I can't say anything about the price

Vom Fach sind die Angestellten dort auf keinen Fall. In order to activate a blocked SIM card, you sent me to the service hotline, it is sufficient if you top up the credit again after 13 months. The employees there are by no means professional.

Internet: Fällt sehr oft aus und die versprochene Internetgeschwindigkeit (ist ja nur ein Maximalwert ;)) wird sowieso nicht erreicht. Bitte ersparen Sie sich diesen Schmerz und überdenken Sie die Wahl Ihres Anbieters lieber zweimal. Handy-Tarif: Hier ist gilt eines ganz klar, keine Handys mit Mobile Punkten nehmen. Sie zahlen hier, trotz eines Einsatzes von mehr als 10.000 Punkten, teilweise immer noch gleich viel oder manchmal mehr für ein Handy. Als, wenn Sie es sich ohne Bindung von einem Drittanbieter kaufen. Nur Verträge ohne Bindung sind irgendwie noch vertretbar, obwohl die Konkurrenz hier deutlich bessere Angebote aufweist. Falls ihr nicht wisst an wen ihr euch wenden sollt ist der Herr Karl sehr zu empfehlen! Es sollte mehr solche Berater geben! Rarely seen such a nice, competent and above all such a hard-working employee. If you don't know who to turn to, Mr. Karl is highly recommended! There should be more consultants like this!
