Ein freundliches zuvorkommendes Team hat mich gut beraten und sich Zeit genommen mein Anliegen zu klären. Danke an Hrn Sinan für das tolle TV Internet Strom Kombi Paket , funktioniert top ! I visit this shop at irregular intervals on the way to and from work. A friendly courteous team gave me good advice and took time to clarify my concerns. Rundum ein großartiger Besuch. Besonders möchte ich mich bei den beiden Mitarbeiter/Innen Sedef Nukic und Aleksander Nikolic bedanken! Was in the shop today for a new cell phone with a contract extension. The service was very friendly and informative. Great visit all round. S	Surina Malik-Nahata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechte Erfahrung!! Mein Vater war heute dort und der Mitarbeiter (Michael) hat ihn einfach 15 Minuten (!!!) warten lassen. Nicht einmal gesagt, dass er warten soll oder wie lange es dauern wird, sondern einfach weg und erst nach 15 Minuten wieder gekommen um meinem Papa das Guthaben aufzuladen. Da verlangt man 3 Euro extra nur für das Aufladen und bekommt null Aufmerksamkeit oder „Service“. Und das ist nicht das erste Mal, wann auch immer er hingeht, bekommt er null Aufmerksamkeit. Vielleicht will ja A1 seine Kunden abbauen, wie es aussieht. Very bad experience !! My father was there today and the employee (Michael) just made him wait 15 minutes (!!!). Not even said that he should wait or how long it will take, but simply gone and only come back after 15 minutes to top up my dad's credit. You charge 3 euros extra just for charging and get zero attention or "service". And that's not the first time, whenever he goes he gets zero attention. Perhaps A1 wants to reduce its customers as it looks.

Ich bin begeistert wie kompetent und fürsorglich Frau Walchhofer das gemacht hat. Kann jedem uneingeschränkt empfehlen bei jeglichen Angelegenheiten den A1 Shop im Forum aufzusuchen. P	Pascal Rößler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich rate jedem ab, der einen guten Kundenservice sucht, wenn es mit dem Internet zu Problemen kommen sollte. Mehrfache Anrufe bei der Serviceleitung, bei der kostenpflichtigen Guru-Telefonleitung und persönliche Besuche beim Shop helfen nicht, die versprochene Leistung zu bekommen für die ich monatlich mein Vertrag gebucht habe und bezahle. Einer der schlimmsten Kundenservices, den ich bisher erlebt habe. Nervenaufreibend und zeitintensive Investition, weil man sich um alles selbst kümmern muss, obwohl man für die eigentliche Leistung zahlt und nichts bekommt. Absolut abzuraten! I would advise against anyone looking for good customer service if they are having trouble with the internet. Multiple calls to the service line, to the fee-based Guru telephone line and personal visits to the shop do not help to get the promised service for which I have booked and pay my monthly contract. One of the worst customer services I've experienced so far. Nerve-wracking and time-consuming investment because you have to take care of everything yourself, although you pay for the actual service and get nothing. Absolutely not recommended!
