Z	Zeroxar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inkompetent, kein anderes Wort ist dafür akzeptabel. Was vor Ort "unmöglich" ist, ging bei der Hotline ohne Probleme. Die Wartezeiten sind horrend. Die Chefin und eine Kollegin räumen (MIT ALLER GEMÜTLICHKEIT) die Regale so langsam ein, dass jeder Verkäufer (bei Billa/Hofer etc) dafür entlassen werden würde, während 4 Personen warten. Service = 0/5 Kompetenz = 0/5 Höflichkeit = 4/5 Meiner Meinung nach, kann diese Zweigstelle auch geschlossen werden, da sie auch noch schlechte Paket-Kombis erstellen, wo die Person der Hotline meinte: "Warum macht man sowas?" Ruft lieber bei der Hotline an. Ihr bekommt, was ihr wollt, vielleicht sogar günstiger und benötigt nicht einmal 20% der Zeit. (PS: Ein paar meiner Bekannten mavhten die gleichen Erfahrungen und sind zum Teil danach zu anderen Anbietern gewechselt) Incompetent, no other word is acceptable for it. What is "impossible" on site went without any problems on the hotline. The waiting times are horrific. The boss and a colleague clear the shelves so slowly (WITH ALL COMFORT) that every seller (at Billa / Hofer etc) would be fired for it while 4 people wait. Service = 0/5 Competence = 0/5 Courtesy = 4/5 In my opinion, this branch can also be closed because they also create bad package combinations, where the person on the hotline said: "Why do you do that?" Better to call the hotline. You can get what you want, maybe even cheaper and don't even take 20% of the time. (PS: A few of my friends had the same experience and some of them switched to other providers afterwards)
P	PA Wolfgang Krautsack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ an den A1 franchiser im EO oberwart... nehmt euch ein beispiel an diesen "echten" A1 Mitarbeitern... solche wie hier arbeiten werdet ihr niemaks haben... diese leute hier sind mit gold und edelsteinen nicht aufzuwiegen... der netteste A1 mitarbeiter den ich je gesehen habe hat sich ganze 2 stunden zeit genommen und das fast schier unmögliche möglich gemacht. er hat sogar über seine mittagspause hinweg gearbeitet... für mich ist klar dass ich die paar km in kauf nehme und jjeeddeessmmaall nsch hartberc fahre wenn ich was brauche denn da wird dir wirklich geholfen... ich kann... bzw muss es jedem sagen dass sie nach hartberg fahren sollen und nicht sonst wohin... diese leute hier haben mir meinen glauben an "dienstleistungspersonal" extremst gesteigert und wieder hergestellt... macht weiter so.... ich bin drauf und dran euer treuester kunde zu werden.... to the A1 franchiser in EO Oberwart ... take an example from these "real" A1 employees ... you won't have any problems like those who work here ... these people here cannot be outweighed with gold and precious stones ... the nicest A1 employee I have ever seen has a whole lot Took 2 hours and made the almost impossible possible. he even worked past his lunch break ... for me it is clear that I accept the few km and jjeeddeessmmaall nsch hartberc if I need something because you will really be helped ... Allerdings hinter uns waren wieder 3 Leute die warten mussten (was keinen Einfluss auf meine Bewertungen hat, aber es sollte erwähnt werden) We were lucky, no waiting time, a very friendly young lady who advised us very well and both devices were even in stock. However, behind us were again 3 people who had to wait (which has no influence on my ratings, but it should be mentioned)
