Um die Ecke ging ich dann in einen unabhängigen Handy-Shop (Kontell) mit demselben Problem, der Mitarbiter hat sich rund sieben Minuten damit beschäftigt und eine Lösung gefunden. Habe aber schon bessere Erfahrungen in dem A1-Shop gemacht, offensichtlich macht es einen großen Unterschied, an welchen Berater man gerät. Little effort, after two minutes, comment: "That just doesn't work". I went around the corner to an independent mobile phone shop (Kontell) with the same problem, the employee spent around seven minutes on it and found a solution. But I've already had better experiences in the A1 shop, obviously it makes a big difference which advisor you come across.
E	Egon Hilbig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ der shop selber in Ordnung, A1 macht probleme bei Vertragkündigungen. Beide Nummer wurden in Februar gekündigt, eine wurde gekündigt, von dem anderen Nummer keine Kündigung bis wir nicht nochmals nachgefragt haben. Nie wieder A1 !!!! Schöne Abzöcke the shop itself is fine, A1 causes problems when terminating contracts. Both numbers were canceled in February, one was canceled, the other number did not cancel until we asked again. Never again A1 !!!! Nice rip-offs
M	Manuela Burghardt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich hatte ein problem, mit dem ich sehr oft bei A1 direkt angerufen hatte, auch bei A1 Service Line, direkt bei Samsung, usw. niemand konnte mir behilflich sein. Bis ich in das A1 Shop i n feldkirch ging und da war so eine nette Verkäuferin, die hatte innerhalb von 1 Minute das Problem im Handumdrehen gelöst. Ich war schon öfters in diesem Shop und man wird nirgends so profesionell und freundlich und kompetent bedient. Vielen dank. So I had a problem with which I often called A1 directly, also A1 Service Line, directly Samsung, etc. nobody could help me. Until I went to the A1 shop in Feldkirch and there was such a nice saleswoman who solved the problem in no time at all within 1 minute. I've been to this shop several times and nowhere else is there such a professional, friendly and competent service. Thanks very much.
