Tolles Service, schnell und auch bei nachfrage bei Rechnungserhalt (Unklarheiten in der Abrechnung) schnelle und kompetente Servicierung. Unter dem Strich - TOP!!! Hatte mit Hrn. Pinsolitsch zu tun, service und vertriebsorientiert - ein kompetenter und souveräner Mitarbeiter. I switched to A1 a month ago and decided to go to the A1 store in Gänserndorf. Great service, fast, and fast and competent service even if you ask for the invoice (ambiguities in the billing). The bottom line - TOP !!! Had to do with Mr. Pinsolitsch, service and sales-oriented - a competent and confident employee.

I've been on 1 customer for years but that was the best service I've ever received. A1 can be proud of this employee Norbert. Just great!

Da mir bei A1 online und telefonisch nicht geholfen wurde, habe ich den A1-Popup-Store in Gänserndorf besucht. Dort bin ich sehr freundlich und kompetent beraten worden. Ich bekam eine perfekt auf meine Bedürfnisse zugeschnitte Vertragslösung. Da ich nicht besonders Computer-affin bin hat mich Hr. Pinsolitsch auf alle wichtigen Details hingewiesen und die Dinge sehr geduldig und verständlich erklärt. Es ist schön, dass es solche Kundenberatungen noch gibt. Wirklich ein Erlebnis. I had a very low download rate problem. Since I was not helped online or by phone at A1, I visited the A1 pop-up store in Gänserndorf. I received very friendly and competent advice there. I received a contract solution that was perfectly tailored to my needs. Since I'm not particularly computer savvy, Mr. Pinsolitsch pointed out all the important details and explained things very patiently and understandably. It's nice that there is still such customer service. Really an experience.

Laut den Mitarbeitern sind diese nur dafür da, um Verträge abzuschließen aber keine Probleme mit dem Handy zu lösen (man soll nach Wien fahren). Nach mehreren versuchen bei Verschiedenen Mitarbeitern, ist das Resultat einfach nur schlecht und nicht Kundenorientiertes arbeiten. Very bad support if there are problems with the cell phone. According to the employees, these are only there to conclude contracts but not to solve problems with the cell phone (you should go to Vienna). After several attempts with different employees, the result is just bad and not customer-oriented work.
K	K Pu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ist zwar schon etwas her, aber besser spät als nie: Ich hatte zuerst einen "Hybrid-Internet-Vertrag" (eh von A1) und war damit absolut nicht zufrieden. Durch die professionelle Auskunft und Unterstützung (inkl. Erreichbarkeit) habe ich jetzt einen normalen Internetvertrag, der auch funktioniert und ich bin sehr zufrieden damit :-) Vielen herzlichen Dank für die Beratung und Unterstützung Herr Norbert P. - auch vor Ort! It was a while ago, but better late than never: At first I had a "hybrid internet contract" (from A1 anyway) and was absolutely not satisfied with it. Thanks to the professional information and support (including availability) I now have a normal internet contract that works and I am very satisfied with it :-) Thank you very much for the advice and support, Mr. Norbert P. - also on site!
