Es wurde alles detailliert erklärt und professionell zu einem vernünftigen Preis abgewickelt. Ein viertel-Pünktchen würde ich vielleicht abziehen, weil die Eintragung ins Grundbuch länger gedauert hat. Aber dies war wahrscheinlich auch dem Grundbuchs-Amt und den Corona-Hindernissen zuzuschreiben. Ende 2021 haben wir mit der Kanzlei Dr. Rohringer einen komplexeren Kauf eines Hauses abgewickelt und waren SEHR zufrieden. Trotz größerer Komplexität (3 Verkäufer teilweise im Ausland, Wohnrecht für Verkäufer, Bank-Finanzierung) und verschiedener Corona-Hindernisse (Reisebeschränkungen, Kontakteinschränkungen, geringer besetzter Ämter) wurden wir von der Kanzlei Dr. Rohringer professionell, geduldig und freundlich zu einem vernünftigen Preis unterstützt. Im Fall des Falles werden wir gerne wieder diese Dienste in Anspruch nehmen. In 2020 we signed a handover contract via the law firm Dr. Rohringer and were satisfied. Everything was explained in detail and handled professionally at a reasonable price. I would perhaps deduct a quarter point because the entry in the land register took longer. But this was probably also due to the land register office and the Corona obstacles. At the end of 2021 we and the law firm Dr. Rohringer handled a complex home purchase and were VERY satisfied. Despite greater complexity (3 sellers partly abroad, right of residence for sellers, bank financing) and various corona obstacles (travel restrictions, contact restrictions, fewer offices) we were hired by the law firm Dr. Rohringer provided professional, patient and friendly support at a reasonable price. If the worst comes to the worst, we will be happy to use these services again.
