Just landed in Israel. The provider welcomed me to Palestine. At first i was unsure where i am, as there is no such place on the atlas, but then i was horribly worried the plane landed in the Gaza Strip. Luckily, i was in Ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv. These guys need to sort out their geographical knowledge.

Data romming in kilobits although they promise 3g up to 15MB. I tried from Italy France Germany Slovenien Croatia Netherlands... The same dropping calls everywhere... The SIM card problem for sure...

Bought their tourist package while in Austria which promised 20gb across all of Europe for like €49. That suddenly ran out the second I entered Germany, topped it up with €20, which gave me approximately 1gb before they cut me off again. I thought Europe was supposed to have good Mobile phone plan deals- these guys are rip off merchants.

To be fair, I don't recommend this provider at all. There are 2 reasons. Firstly, it is far expensive. I bought 30 Euro pack but also had to spend extra money - 10 Euro for a SIM card and another 10 Euro for its activation. So in total, actually 50 Euro. It was the only this time I have paid such extra money so far. Secondly, they say "you can use in Whole Europe without any setting. It will be automatically set". But actually it isn't. I thought it could be worth the price if I can use it without changing SIM every single country, though. When I was in Hungry and Slovakia, then I could not get any signals until I set a new APN. For settig new one, I gotta have searched it and got the answer from an unofficial website! Why they don't have any information for it on their website?? Even though I got a signal thanks to the new APN, it lost the signal quite often. I am in Ukraine right now and there is no signal after all! I can say, they ripped off your money. Don't waste your money.

Be careful with this company. After months of not having problems with them suddenly I top up my €10 for the month and they ‘failed’ to ‘renew’ my promo, so I lost that money as if I had no promo. After contacting them on the phone they told me to top up again the same month because it wasn’t activated, when I did again, it was magically done. Contacted them on Facebook, they took three days to reply, now they ‘can’t reimburse my extra €10 because I paid with card’. Sounds like a scam. Paid €20 in a month for a €9,90 promo that they advertise. Please consider that before becoming a customer.

I have never seen such a disaster internet supplier, Dont buy Credit from their website if you do you will get the invoice right after but not the code. If i ordered a food online i could get it in one hour but the internet takes some days.

This is a fraudulent company. They are connected with UZR* Hutchinson Drei Aus. I just had to pay double for a service. Tried to have them accept my original payment and they refused. After several emails back n forth, I will be reporting them to the RTR and file a complaint. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
